4 minute Cheesecake Recipe

This 4 minute cheesecake is the easiest dessert I ever made. It tastes great if you love yogurt. After trying this recipe I think about other variations which you can do to make it much better. You can add mango or strawberry pulp in it to enhance the flavor. This is no-bake cheesecake and it is made in the microwave.

  1. Half liter box yogurt. How much in pints?
Digestive wheat biscuits. Can these be found in U. S. ?
Sorry, not familar with them, or go by a different name.

  2. If I want to add mango pulp at what stage I will add that.A quick reply will be highly appreciated as I am planning to make it

  3. Hi neel! I like your recipes, simple with less ingredients and always turn out yummy. Will make this cake soon

    1. Other option is put in overn at 350 deg for 5 minutes….. no longer as it sets too hard. So just pour it into the base and then into the oven. Allow to cool and then place in fridge.

  4. I would like to avoid microwaving for heating. I wonder how to do it other ways.
Any one please. Thanks Neel for simple recipes.

  5. Yoghurt won’t curdle if u heat in microwave…?
That is the only concern…the recipe looks so perfect otherwise.it is a must try
