Anda Ghotala Recipe

Anda Ghotala is egg bhurgi in which eggs are cooked with onions and tomatoes. My kids love to eat this with hot chapattis. It hardly takes 15 minutes to make it. So when you are not in a mood to cook anything then you can make this. No hard work requires making this meal.

Ingredients Of Anda Ghotala

  • 2 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. red chilies powder
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. all spices powder
  • 3-4 green chilies chopped
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Method Of Anda Ghotala

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till they become soft. Don’t turn them brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and all spice powder. Mix well till it leaves oil.
  • Now add eggs and keep stirring it. add green chilies and cook till eggs are fully cooked. leave it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with parathas or chapatis. Don’t forget to garnish it with green coriander leaves and green chilies.
