Beef Cutlets (by chef Zakir)

I tried them and my kids said that these cutlets are out of this world. You can freeze them and can give them in lunch to your kids. If guests come you can fry them at that time with tea or can serve them with dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg mince
  • 1 onion
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 bunch green coriander
  • 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • In a chopper, put mince, onion, green chilies, carrot and coriander. Chop it till all ingredients are well mixed.
  • Now ad garlic ginger paste in mince mixture and salt, both peppers, corn flour, flour and beaten egg. Mix it well.
  • Now make the shape of cutlets and coat them with bread crumbs, put it in refrigerator for an hour and then fry it on medium heat.
  • Serve with dip of your choice.

  1. m not good at beef.i ve heard if u dont boil it it wudn cook easily n smell wont go..so thses kebabs r well cooked after just frying?cuz the recipe seems good

    1. you must try this and its mince it will cook easily and there will be no smell. I tried them lots of time and every time they turned out very tasty.
