Bhindi keema or okra cooked in mince is very tasty dish. It has its own unique taste. Bhindi is also known as lady finger or okra. First wash bhindi and let it dry fully then cut bhindi head and tail and fry it. You can cook it with chicken mince or mutton mince.
Ingredients Of Bhindi Keema
- 1/2 kg mince
- 1/2 kg bhindi
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3-4 tomatoes chopped
- 2tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup oil
- 3-4 green chilies
Method Of Bhindi Keema
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till they are golden brown.
- Add mince and ginger garlic paste in it. When mince water dries up then add turmeric powder, red chilies, coriander powder, salt and tomatoes.
- Add 1/2 cup water and let it cook on low flame till mince gets soft and leaves oil and all water dries up.
- Now add fried bhindi and green chilies. Put on low flame covered for 5 minutes.
