Almond Rose Soap

• 2tbsp almond powder
• 2tbsp rose petals, dried
• 10 gm. vitamin E soap flakes (take vitamin E soap and grate them)
• 1/2 cup rose water
• 1tbsp glycerin
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 3-4 drops lavender oil or jasmine oil or rose oil

Mix all ingredients and beat them well. Put in freezer for 72 hours.

Chocolate Mint Soap

• 4tbsp coconut oil
• 4tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup mineral water
• 2tsp barn flour, mix it with little water and make paste
• 3tsp coco powder
• 1-2 sticks of mint leaves
• 3-4 drops of mint oil

Mix all ingredients and beat them well. Put in freezer for 72 hours.

Mix the following ingredients and make a paste like a cream. Apply it on your hands and feet and leave it overnight. In the morning wash it off with lemon rind or juice.

• White soft paraffin 50%
• Liquid paraffin 50%
• Petroleum jelly 50%
• Salicylic acid 10%
• Hydroquinone cream or powder 4%

• 1 lemon grind with skin
• Alpha hydroxy acid cream 20%
• Rose water as required to make paste
• 2-3 vitamin E capsules (take the liquid out from them)
• 2 tbsp. Petroleum jelly

Mix all these ingredients and make a paste. Apply it on body where you want to make yourself fair for 45 minutes and then wash.

• Take 1 tbsp.of medicated ubtan, 1 tsp. haldi( turmeric powder), some crushed whole ilaaichis, (cardamoms) 1 tbsp. saunf crushed,(fennel seeds), 1 vitamin c tablet crushed, 1 capsule vitamin E crushed, mix with desi ghee( pure ghee) to form a paste and apply twice a day for 40 minutes on your neck, scrubbing it off with medicated ubtan and rosewater paste.
