<li>Half French bread loaf, cut into pieces</li>
<li>2 cups boiled and shredded chicken</li>
<li>2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Black pepper to taste</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. oregano</li>
<li>1tbsp tomato ketchup</li>
<li>1tsp chili sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp. oil</li>
<li>1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Mini Chicken Bites</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven at 180 degrees.</li>
<li>Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic in it. Add chicken and fry it for one minute. Now add salt, pepper, ketchup and chili sauce in it. Add oregano leaves and set it aside.</li>
<li>Now take bread pieces and put chicken on it. Cover it with cheese and bake it in oven for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Enjoy it as your snack or as side dish with your main course.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chocolate Chip Cookies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups flour</li>
<li>1/2 cup grinded sugar</li>
<li>4 tbsp. brown sugar</li>
<li>1/2 cup butter at room temperature</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 tsp. vanilla essence</li>
<li>Chocolate chips as required</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. baking powder</li>
<li>2tbsp coco powder</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chocolate Chip Cookies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Beat butter and both sugars till its creamy. Now add egg in it and beat it again. Add vanilla essence and beat it.</li>
<li>Sift flour baking powder and coco powder. Add flour mixture in butter mixture and fold it with wooden spoon. It will take shape of sticky dough. Add chocolate chips in it and fold it.</li>
<li>Grease the baking tray and drop tablespoon of batter on tray. bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.</li>
<li>Remove carefully as cookies will be soft. Place them on rack and let the air pass from them. It will make your cookies crispy. Otherwise if you will place them in plate then it will become soggy from one side.</li>

It is just like chocolate mousse but in the end you have to swirl the dessert in glasses&#160; that’s why it is called chocolate swirls. I made this yesterday and everyone loved it.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chocolate Swirls</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 eggs, separate </li>
<li>2 tbsp. gelatin </li>
<li>1/4 cup water </li>
<li>4 tbsp. caster sugar </li>
<li>1/2 cup milk </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. chocolate essence </li>
<li>1/2 cup melted chocolate </li>
<li>2 tbsp. sugar </li>
<li>1 cup whipped fresh cream </li>
<li>2 tbsp. coco powder </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chocolate Swirls</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix gelatin in water and heat it for 30 seconds till it dissolves. Don’t let it boil. Set it aside </li>
<li>Beat 3 eggs white till thy r fluffy and white in color. Add 4tbsp caster sugar and beat it again. Set it aside. </li>
<li>In a pan add egg yolks, milk, melted chocolate, coco powder and 2 tbsp.. sugar. Cook it in low heat till it thickens lightly and stir it continually. </li>
<li>Remove from flame and add chocolate essence and gelatin mixture in it. Let it cool down. </li>
<li>Now fold yolk mixture in egg whites. Add whipped cream in it and beat for one minute on low. </li>
<li>Pour or swirl it with piping bag in serving glasses and put in fridge to set. Decorate it with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Serve chilled. </li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I tried many recipes for donuts but this one is best of all and I want to thank Fatima Zahid for sharing it with me. You must be surprised like I was that the main key ingredients in this recipe is “mashed boiled potatoes” which make these donuts very soft and crispy but you are not going to feel any taste of potatoes in it. You can use them in other day too if you store them in air tight box. The softness will be the same on other day.&#160; One more good thing in this recipe is that you don’t have to wait for your dough to raise for hours. So here is the recipe.</p>

<li>2 1/2 cup flour</li>
<li>1/4 cup grinded sugar</li>
<li>1/2 cup warm mashed potatoes</li>
<li>5 tsp. yeast</li>
<li>1 cup warm milk</li>
<li>2 tbsp. butter </li>
<li>pinch of salt</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. vanilla essence</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For Icing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 cup cooking chocolate</li>
<li>6 tbsp. cream</li>
<li>1 tbsp. butter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Soft And Crispy Donuts</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a cup of milk add butter and microwave it for 30 seconds. It should be warm and not hot. Then add 1tsp sugar and yeast in this mixture. Set it aside for 5 minutes or till its frothy.</li>
<li>Take a sifted flour in bowl and add sugar, salt, vanilla essence and warm mashed potatoes in it. Now knead it with light hands by adding yeast mixture slowly. Dough should be soft.</li>
<li>Now cut donuts with donut cutter or with glass. Rest them for 15 minutes and then deep fry them. Oil should not be very hot or cold. </li>
<li>Mix all the icing ingredients and microwave them for 30 seconds or check for chocolate to melt. Mix it properly and let it cool down and thickens.</li>
<li>Now coat the icing on donuts and decorate them with sprinkles or any thing you like. You can coat Your donuts with any&#160; kind of icing you like. </li>

<li>1 tbsp. coriander powder </li>

<li>1/2 tsp. nutmeg and mace powder </li>
<li>1 cup oil </li>
<li>1 cup wheat, boiled </li>
<li>1/2 cup channa dal , boiled</li>
<li>1/4 cup mong dal , boiled</li>
<li>1/4 cup red lentil , boiled</li>
<li>1/4 cup arhar dal , boiled</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For Garnishing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fresh coriander leaves, chopped</li>
<li>Lemon</li>
<li>Fried onions </li>
<li>Green chilies, chopped</li>
<li>Ginger, finely sliced</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Mutton Haleem</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cook mutton with garlic ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt. Add required amount of water and cook till mutton become tender.</li>
<li>Now shred the mutton.</li>
<li>In a blender, blend the boiled lentils and boiled wheat. Now add this lentil mixture in meat mixture and add more water in it.</li>
<li>Let it cook on low flame till all ingredients mixed together. Now add nutmeg and mace powder and all spices powder.</li>
<li>Heat oil in frying pan and fry 2 sliced onion till light golden. Add these fried onions with oil in haleem.</li>
<li>Serve hot with all garnishing.</li>

<li>1 kg chicken, large pieces or you can also take boneless</li>
<li>1 cup chick pea lentil (channa daal), washed and soaked</li>
<li>1 whole garlic</li>
<li>2 onions whole, remove the skin</li>
<li>Piece of ginger, peeled</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>9-10 dry red chilies</li>
<li>1 tsp. black pepper</li>
<li>4 green chilies, finely chopped</li>
<li>1/2 bunch green coriander, finely chopped</li>
<li>Hot spices powder to taste</li>
<li>Oil for frying</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Shami Kebabs</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a pot put chicken, channa dal, onion, garlic, ginger, whole red chilies. Add water and cook till channa dal and chicken get tender and all water dries up. Mixture must be completely dry.</li>
<li>Let it cool down. Now take out ginger and garlic piece. Grind it in food processor.</li>
<li>Now add salt, hot spices powder, black pepper, chopped coriander and green chilies in it. Mix it well with your hands. Make the shape of kebabs.</li>
<li>Freeze them and use them whenever you want. Heat a oil in pan and shallow fry it.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Spicy Biryani</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1kg chicken pieces</li>
<li>1/2 cup oil</li>
<li>3 onions, sliced</li>
<li>1/2 cup yogurt</li>
<li>6 tomatoes, chopped</li>
<li>2 tbsp. garlic ginger paste</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. turmeric powder</li>
<li>3-4 black cardamom</li>
<li>6 cloves</li>
<li>2 pcs cinnamon sticks</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
<li>8-9 dry plum</li>
<li>1/2 bunch coriander and mint leaves, chopped</li>
<li>3-4 green chilies, chopped</li>
<li>2 pinch, yellow color</li>
<li>1 tsp. coriander powder</li>
<li>1 tsp. cumin seeds</li>
<li>2 tsp. red chili powder</li>
<li>1 tsp. hot spices powder</li>
<li>750 gm. rice , washed and soaked</li>
<li>3 potatoes, cut in large pieces</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Spicy Biryani</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take a pan and heat oil in it. Fry onions till they are golden in color. Now add garlic and ginger paste and sauté it for few seconds.</li>
<li>Now add chicken and potatoes and cook till chicken changes it color. Add tomatoes, green chilies,&#160; all spices and dry plums in it. Add yogurt and cover it and cook it on low flame till chicken is done and all water dries up.</li>
<li>Now in other pot boil water with salt and cumin seeds. When water start boiling add washed rice and cook. Drain water when rice are nearly cooked.</li>
<li>Now in other pan first pour some oil from your chicken gravy then make layers of rice and then chicken and finally make the layer of rice on top. Put chopped mint and coriander leaves and sprinkle yellow food color on top. Now cover it tightly and put on low flame for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Enjoy your biryani with yogurt dip and salad. Serve hot.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I was thinking of baking this pound cake for many days but I always ended up in baking chocolate cake as I am so chocolate addict. Me and my kids love everything made with chocolate, whether its ice cream, milk shake or any dessert but I wanted to try something different this time. </p>
<p>With the kids approval, I finally baked this Pound cake yesterday and both me and my kids fell in love with it with first bite. And quite surprisingly my husband was also not ashamed to throw some words of appraisal after eating the cake. </p>
<p>Its so tasty and soft that it just melts in your mouth. The recipe is so easy that even a kid can bake it in adult supervision. So guys I want you to try it and share your comments here. Don’t miss this mouth melting treat.</p>

<li>1 1/2 cup sifted flour </li>
<li>1 tsp. baking powder </li>
<li>3/4 cup sugar, grinded </li>
<li>1 tsp. vanilla essence </li>
<li>3 tbsp. milk, at room temperature </li>
<li>13 tbsp. butter, at room temperature </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. salt </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Pound Cake</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. </li>
<li>In a bowl mix dry ingredients i.e flour, baking powder, sugar,and salt. </li>
<li>In other bowl lightly beat 3 eggs with vanilla essence and milk. </li>
<li>Now add butter in dry ingredients and mix it with wooden spoon. </li>
<li>Now gradually add egg mixture and beat on medium speed. </li>
<li>Grease loaf pan and pour this batter in it. Bake for 55 minutes. Enjoy it with your love ones. </li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chicken Lo Mein</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>250 grams egg noodles</li>
<li>250 grams chicken breast strips</li>
<li>1 tsp. cornstarch</li>
<li>1 tbsp.. soya sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp. white cumin</li>
<li>1 clove of garlic     <br /><strong>For sauce:</strong>      <br />1 tbsp. corn starch</li>
<li>1 cup chicken stock</li>
<li>1 tbsp. soya sauce</li>
<li>2 tbsp. oyster sauce</li>
<li>1 tsp. sesame oil</li>
<li>½ cup chopped spring onions</li>
<li>2 tbsp. oil</li>
<li>Salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Lo Mein Chicken</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Firstly boil 250 grams egg noodles</li>
<li>Now in a bowl, mix 250 grams chicken strips with 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp. starch, 1 tbsp. soya sauce and 1 tbsp. white and marinate it for half hour</li>
<li>To prepare sauce, in a bowl, add 1 cup chicken stock, 1 tbsp. corn flour starch, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. soya sauce and 2 tbsp. oyster sauce and mix it properly.</li>
<li>In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. oil and sauté chicken strips in it.</li>
<li>When chicken is properly cooked, let it reach its boiling for 1 to 2 times and than add prepared sauce in it.</li>
<li>When sauce has thicken, mix ½ cup finely chopped spring onions and 1 tsp. sesame oil together.</li>
<li>Then in a serving platter, layer out noodles first, then chicken and sauce before serving</li>
