Ingredients Of Chicken Lollipops
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 5-6 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 12 ice cream sticks, soaked in water
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 cup green onion, only green part, chopped
Method Of Chicken Lollipops
- Put all ingredients except oil in a copper and chop it till they are well combined.
- Now apply some oil in your hands and put that mixture on sticks, give them a lollipop shape. Heat the oil and deep fry the sticks.
- Yummy chicken lollipops are ready to serve. Serve them with ketchup.
