As you all know that Ramzan is coming and everyone wants to have a fried snacks in Iftarey. So here is the recipe of my favorite spring rolls. You can make them before Ramzan and can also freeze them and fry them when ever you want.
Ingredients Of Spring Rolls
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin slices and then cut them julienne
- 1carrot, julienne cut
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Roll wrappers as required
- 1/4 cabbage, julienne cut
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 capsicum, julienne cut
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2tbsp flour
- Oil for frying
Method Of Spring Rolls
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté garlic in it. Add chicken and fry it till it changes it color, add 1/2 egg in it and mix it. Now add all vegetables and salt, black pepper, Worchester sauce and oyster sauce. Mix it well. Let it cool down now.
- Don’t over cook it. Mix flour in remaining egg and make a paste. Take the roll sheet, Put a little of mixture on each sheet, Fold it in roll shape and seal the edges with egg mixture.
- Heat the oil in wok, and deep fry the rolls till they are golden brown. Serve them with your favorite dip and enjoy your Ramzan.
