Ingredients
- 300 gm beef(undercut small size slices)
- 1 onion cut in rings
- 2 green onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
Method
- Heat the oil in pan,fry the garlic and beef in it, when beef turns brown then take it out and set aside.
- In other pan stir fry the garlic and add onion, green onions, salt, oyster sauce, black and white pepper and Worcester sauce. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add fried beef in it, add 1 cup water. Dissolve corn flour in some water and add it in gravy. Cook till it thickens.
- Serve hot with rice.
Tip: you can add capsicums or broccoli or any vegetables of your choice in it.
