Its very east to cook and also time efficient.Try it and don’t forget to tell me how it was.You can serve it with Chinese rice or with boiled rice.
Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- 2 tbs soya sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs corn flour
- 5-6 chopped green chilies
- 2 green onion chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
- 2 cups water or chicken broth
- 1 tbs oil
- oil to fry
Method
- Cut the boneless chicken into 1 inch cubes.
- Take 1 tbs soya sauce, i tbs corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
- Now in another pan, heat 1 tbs oil and add garlic paste and green chilies and saute for few seconds.
- Add 2 cups chicken broth or water. Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt, ajinomoto and remaining soya sauce.
- Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for 2 minutes.
- Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the gravy stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with chopped green onion on top.
