One of my favorite thing to eat is Chinese Food. I simply love to eat Chinese gravies with rice and crackers. Following recipe of Chinese stew is no fail recipe and you can try it with any doubts. You can serve it with egg fried rice. Here is the link for egg fired rice recipe.

Chinese Egg Fried Rice (By Chef Zakir): Recipe

Ingredients Of Chinese Stew

  • ½ kg chicken, boneless
  • 1 carrot, cut in circles
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 capsicums, chopped
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 4 tbsp. corn flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cabbage, chopped
  • ½ tsp. black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp. white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Method Of Chinese Stew

  • Heat ½ cup oil and sauté 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste. When it changes color, add ½ kg chicken and keep stirring on high flame until chicken changes color.
  • Then add chopped carrot, spring onion, capsicums, ¼ cabbage, ½ tsp. black pepper powder and salt to taste and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add 2 cups of water and cover the pan to allow cooking on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • When chicken is tender, add 4 tbsp. corn flour dissolved in water to thicken the mixture.
  • Delicious Chicken Stew is ready to serve. Serve with chinese rice or boiled rice.
