Method

  • Beat the eggs and add sugar according to your taste. Add milk in this mixture.
  • Melt the cooking chocolate from steam.
  • Add chocolate in egg mixture and mix it well.
  • Preheat the oven at 18o degree. Pour the mixture in sliver mould and bake it for 15-20 minutes or till its done.
  • Chill it in fridge and garnish it with cream and melted chocolate.
