Ingredients
- 150 gm cooking chocolate
- Sugar to taste
- 1/2 liter milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
Method
- Beat the eggs and add sugar according to your taste. Add milk in this mixture.
- Melt the cooking chocolate from steam.
- Add chocolate in egg mixture and mix it well.
- Preheat the oven at 18o degree. Pour the mixture in sliver mould and bake it for 15-20 minutes or till its done.
- Chill it in fridge and garnish it with cream and melted chocolate.
