Corn Rice Recipe (By Chef Zakir)

Following is the recipe for corn rice by chef Zakir. Make this and enjoy it with any gravy. You can use fresh corn or tin corn. I like to have this rice with fried chicken and Russian salad. You can also add boiled and shredded chicken in this recipe.

Ingredients Of Corn Rice

  • 300 grams of rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 to 3 spring onions
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of corn

Method Of Corn Rice

  • Boil 300 grams of rice and keep aside.
  • Finely slice 2 to 3 spring onions and ½ bunch fresh coriander. Chop onion into pieces.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs. Also, slice 6 cloves of garlic.
  • Now heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic. When it changes to a nice golden brown, add chopped onion and 1 cup corn. When the onion is transparent, add beaten eggs and allow cooking.
  • Then add sliced, spring onion and coriander and boiled rice. Also, add ½ tsp. black pepper, ½ tsp. white pepper and salt to taste and stir together on high flame.
  • Corn Rice is ready to serve.
