Croutons Salad (By Chef Zakir): Recipe

Croutons are really easy to make and it gives a unique taste to your salad. Take a bread and apply butter on both sides then cut into cubes and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. You can also make it in frying pan.Croutons salad is very good for people who watch their diet.

Ingredients Of Croutons Salad

  • Bread as required
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • Salad leaves as required

Dressing Of Salad

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method Of Croutons Salad

  • Cut the onion, tomato, and cucumbers in chunks.
  • Cut the bread into small square pieces. Heat the oil and fry the bread pieces till they are lightly golden.
  • Mix mayonnaise in milk. In a bowl add all vegetables, bread croutons, mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt. Mix it well and garnish it with salad leaves.

Tip: You can also add the other vegetables which you like in your salad.
