Its a Korean dish and this recipe is suitable for vegetarians, as chicken is not used in it but if you like chicken then you can add like i did.
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 packet glass noodles
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2tbsp soya sauce
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 jug water
Method
- Boil the noodles in water, when its done, drain and put some oil in it.
- Heat the oil in pan and stir fry the garlic. Add onion, green onion, carrot and capsicum. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add noodles, sugar, salt, black and white pepper, soya sauce and oyster sauce. Mix it well.
- At the end add tomatoes and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- Glass noodles are ready. Serve hot.
