- 1 kg meat/chicken or fish(small pieces)
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 bunch mint
- 6 green chilies
- 2 cups green onion chopped
- 1 cup yoghurt
- Salt to taste
- Blend all the green marinade ingredients in blender. Add yoghurt and salt too while blending.
- Apply it on meat or chicken pieces. Set aside for 3-4 hours.
- Now grill them, apply oil on them while grilling.
- Serve hot with chutney.
