  • 1 cup tamarind paste (without seeds)
  • 1 tsp roasted,ground cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • Salt and chili to taste


  • This chutney can be made in two ways.The first method is to simply mix all ingredients together and mix it in grinder.
  • Second method is to cook all the ingredients with little water until it thickens, and then cool and serve with any fried thing.
