Ingredients
- 1/2 kg fish fillets
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- 1 tbsp lemon’s juice
- 1 tsp dried mango powder (optional)
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well then apply all over the fish.
- Before you grill, brush a little oil over the fillets.
- Grill it till cooked through.
- Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
