Mince Noodles recipe

This recipe is easy and very healthy for kids and for elders. For mince noodles, you can take any type of mince, chicken, beef or mutton mince. Cook mince with some spices and add boiled noodles in it.

Ingredients Of Mince Noodles

  • 1 packet noodles, boiled
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp red chili powder
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 kg mince
  • 1tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil

Method Of Mice Noodles

  • Boil noodles according to the instructions given on pack and set it aside.
  • Now take pan and heat oil and fry onion till its light brown in color. Add ginger and garlic paste and mince in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and add some water. Cook mince till its tender and done.
  • Now add boiled noodles in it and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
