Mince Samosas (By Chef Zakir) : Recipe


Its a very tasty and yummy snack and you can serve it with your tea with any kind of dip.


Ingredients Of Mince Samosas

  • 125 gm mince beef
  • Manda stripes as required
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Green coriander leaves as required, finely chopped
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp  crushed cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying

Method Of Mince Samosas

  • Put 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, add mince and cook till all the water dries up.
  • Add salt and red chilies to the mince and fry. Add coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds, chilies and onion.
  • Increase the flame and thoroughly mix all the spices, fry and turn off the flame.
  • Fill the manda strips with mince mixture and shape them like samosas. Seal the ends with flour and water paste.
  • Heat oil in wok and fry the samosas till they are golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
