Its a very tasty and yummy snack and you can serve it with your tea with any kind of dip.
Ingredients Of Mince Samosas
- 125 gm mince beef
- Manda stripes as required
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Green coriander leaves as required, finely chopped
- 3 green chilies
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup refined flour
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- Oil for frying
Method Of Mince Samosas
- Put 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, add mince and cook till all the water dries up.
- Add salt and red chilies to the mince and fry. Add coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds, chilies and onion.
- Increase the flame and thoroughly mix all the spices, fry and turn off the flame.
- Fill the manda strips with mince mixture and shape them like samosas. Seal the ends with flour and water paste.
- Heat oil in wok and fry the samosas till they are golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
