What about temp in Farenheit?
Are u sure u even wrote the recipe correct? 3cups flour with only that much ghee??? Obviously it wont form a dough ?
I made it with this recipe so many times and result is always perfect.when u will mix ghee and sugar it will become more in quantity and then u add it in flour…and in end if ur dough is still hard then u can add little milk….and take 7 tbsp of ghee with measuring spoon….try it and u will see
I did try and it isn’t even close to forming a dough, the mixture is wayy too dry??
Another recipe states 1 cup flour with half cup ghee, i guess i’ll have to triple the recipe now ?
ohhh I don’t know what went wrong but I always use this recipe…its shireen anwar recipe and I always use her recipes for baking caz it gives perfect result always…above picture of nan khatai is also original which I made with this recipe….did u use measuring cups??? measurement should b accurate. 3 cups flour with measuring cups is not too much. ok now u add some milk and melted ghee in dough…it will help
