Ingredients Of Peri Peri Chicken

  • 500 gm. chicken breasts fillet
  • 1/2 bottle peri peri sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Oil as required

Ingredients Of Peri Peri Rice

  • 5 cup water
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 bottle peri peri sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2.5 cup rice
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • Mint for garnishing

Method For Peri Peri Chicken

  • Marinate chicken breast fillets in peri peri sauce and garlic for some time.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and put chicken breasts in it. Add little water and cook till chicken is tender and done.

Method Of Peri Peri Rice

  • Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.
  • Take a pan and heat olive oil in it. Saute onion and garlic in a pan.
  • Add peri peri sauce, tomatoes and water in it. Cook all the ingredients till the water start boiling. Now add rice and cook them till the water dries.
  • Now add green chilies and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on very low flame.
  • Serve the peri peri rice with peri peri chicken. Garnish the rice with chopped mint leaves.
