Ingredients Of Pita Pizza
- 5 pita bread
- 1 onion
- 1 diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken tikka pieces
- 1 finely chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 3tbsp chili garlic sauce
Method Of Pita Pizza
- Place the pita bread on a baking tray. Spread the chili garlic and tomato sauce on each slice of pita bread.
- Top with the chicken, capsicum, and tomatoes. You can also add chopped onions and olives at this stage.
- Sprinkle the oregano and cheese on top. Bake at 200C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Slice into triangles with the help of a pizza cutter and serve
