Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg under cut beef piece(prick it with fork)

Marinade

  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp grounded pepper
  • 2 tsp French mustard
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 4tbsp oil

Vegetables

  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 3 green chilies
  • 2 green onion, only green part
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Worchester sauce

Method

  • Marinate the under cut pieces for 4 hours with the ingredients given above for marinating.
  • Preheat the oven at 200 degree. Set the beef on oven tray and bake them until they are done.
  • Cut all vegetables in julienne shape. Heat oil and fry garlic and ginger paste in pan, Fry all veggies and season them with salt and black pepper and 1 tbsp Worchester sauce.
  • Serve these vegetables with roast.
