Ingredients
- 1 can of red salmon
- 1/2 cup cream
- 150 gm cream cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Drain red salmon and place it in food processor. Add cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill and chives. Process until smooth.
- Season it with salt and pepper. Serve them with crackers or with raw vegetables.
- You can refrigerate it for 1 day.
