Salmon Dip:Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of red salmon
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 150 gm cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Drain red salmon and place it in food processor. Add cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill and chives. Process until smooth.
  • Season it with salt and pepper. Serve them with crackers or with raw vegetables.
  • You can refrigerate it for 1 day.
