- 1/2 cup vermicelli
- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almonds, blanched and ground
- 1/4 cup pistachios ground
- 1tsp cardamom powder
- 1tsp oil
- Saffron a pinch
- Cook the milk and sugar, when the milk starts to boil, add vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish it with nuts.
- serve hot or cold, as you like. Enjoy
