Ingredients Of Spicy Chicken Karahi

  • 1kg chicken
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 bunch fresh green coriander, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 green chilies, chopped
  • 3 lemon’s juice
  • 1/2 kg tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 piece ginger, julienne cut
  • 2 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 2 tsp. all spices powder (garm masala)
  • 2 tsp. coriander powder
  • 2 tsp.
  • cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method Of Spicy Chicken Karahi

  • Heat oil in a wok. Add chicken and cook it till it changes it color. Now add yogurt, tomatoes, onion and garlic and cook it on medium heat.
  • When water dries up then add all dry spices and salt and mix it well. Let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Now add green coriander, ginger and green chilies and mix it. Cook till chicken is tender and leaves the oil.
  • Dish out and pour lemon juice over it and serve it with naan.
