Ingredients
- 1kg chicken fillets
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1ts chili powder
- 1ts turmeric powder
- 1ts ground cumin
- 1ts ground coriander
- 1ts grated ginger
- 4 clove garlic crushed
Method
- Cut each thigh fillet into thin strips and weave them onto small skewers, carefully.
- Combine the yogurt, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger and garlic in a small bowl and mix them well. Place the skewers in a dish and cover it with a yogurt mixture and refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap for overnight.
- Place the chicken skewers on a hot lightly oiled barbecue grill or flat plate. Cook for 10-8 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and brown.
