Ingredients Of Spring fried Chicken
- 1/2 kg chicken, small pieces
- 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp crushed red chili
- 1 tsp chat masala, optional
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- Oil for deep frying
Method Of Spring Fried Chicken
- Apply all ingredients of chicken. Set it aside for 15 minutes
- Heat the oil in wok and fry chicken on slow heat till it changes it color to golden brown and become tender.
- Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
