Ingredients
- 250 gm mince
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 capsicum, cut in squares
- 1 onion, cut in squares
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 slices pineapple chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 2tbso Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp hp sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl take mince, white pepper, black pepper, salt,egg and corn flour, mix it all well and make balls. Deep fry them on medium heat.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the garlic, then add green onion, onion, capsicum and pine apple. Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add salt, black and white pepper, Worcester sauce and hp sauce.
- When it start boiling then add ketchup. Dissolve 1tbsp corn flour in water and add that in gravy, when it thickens then add meat balls.
- Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
