Sweet And Sour Meat balls (by chef Zakir)

Ingredients

  • 250 gm mince
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 capsicum, cut in squares
  • 1 onion, cut in squares
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 slices pineapple chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 2tbso Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp hp sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • In a bowl take mince, white pepper, black pepper, salt,egg and corn flour, mix it all well and make balls. Deep fry them on medium heat.
  • In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the garlic, then add green onion, onion, capsicum and pine apple. Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add salt, black and white pepper, Worcester sauce and hp sauce.
  • When it start boiling then add ketchup. Dissolve 1tbsp corn flour in water and add that in gravy, when it thickens then add meat balls.
  • Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
