To smoothen rough and bumpy skin, begin by drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. Then using a loofah or body brush and some shower gel, give yourself a good exfoliation using circular motions. This will prevent in growing hair and slough away dead skin cells. While your skin is still damp, apply a rich moisturizer.

The best scrubber to exfoliate the dead skin is sea salt, its natural and cheap. It is good for normal skin. For sensitive skin you can use sugar as a scrubber, as it is smoother then salt.
