<p><strong>Method Of Behari Kebab</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix the&#160; brown onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, crushed red chili, tara garam masala, papaya paste, salt,&#160; mustard oil ,yogurt and nutmeg and mace&#160; till a smooth paste is formed. </li>
<li>Now cut the beef into strips and coat it with the marinade. </li>
<li>Marinate for 1/2 an hour. Now thread the meat onto the skewers and grill it over burning&#160; coal or a grill pan. </li>

<li>1/4 cup ghee</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ingredients For Garnishing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 fried onion</li>
<li>3 chopped green chilies</li>
<li>1 bunch coriander, chopped</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Beef NIhari</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry the chopped onion till it turns dark brown. Remove and place the fried onions on an absorbent tissue paper, to drain the oil. Crush with your hands.</li>
<li>In the same skillet add the beef, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, bay leaf, a stick of cinnamon and turmeric powder. Fry until the oil forms a separate layer on top.</li>
<li>Then add&#160;&#160; the nutmeg&#160;&#160; cardamoms, fennel seeds and water. Cook until the beef tenders. Mix the corn flour in milk and pour the mixture in the gravy, stirring continuously.&#160; Reduce the flame to a simmer and cook for another 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped coriander, brown onions and chopped ginger, lastly sprinkle the garam masala on top and serve.</li>

<li>Cut the beef in big pieces and marinate it with all ingredients in a bowl.</li>
<li>Put it in freezer for 1 hour.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Put the marinated beef in oven tray with marinade&#160; and cover it with silver foil.</li>
<li>Bake it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.</li>
<li>Remove the foil and bake it at 250 degree till the sauce dries up.</li>

<li>250 gm boneless beef, cut in stripes </li>
<li>2 tsp ginger garlic paste </li>
<li>1 tbsp soya sauce </li>
<li>1 tsp crushed red chilies </li>
<li>5 whole red chilies </li>
<li>1/2 tsp white pepper powder </li>
<li>1 onion </li>
<li>2 capsicums </li>
<li>3 green chilies </li>
<li>2 tbsp corn flour </li>
<li>1 egg </li>
<li>1 cup stock </li>
<li>Salt to taste </li>
<li>Oil as required </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Beef Chili Vegetables</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Put 1 tbsp corn flour, egg, salt and white pepper in a bowl to make a mixture. Add meat stripes to this mixture and mix well. Keep aside for half an hour. </li>
<li>Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat stripes one by one. Take them out when they turn golden brown. </li>
<li>Cut capsicum, green chilies and onions in thin stripes of the same size. Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste in it. When its golden in color, add meat, vegetables, crushed red chilies, whole red chilies and soya sauce. </li>
<li>Add stock in pan and when it comes to boil, add 1/4 cup water in which corn flour has been mixed. </li>
<li>Keep stirring while adding corn flour mixture. Take it out in dish when the mixture turns thick. Serve with boiled rice or egg fried rice. </li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Beef And Cheese Wraps</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 packet cream cheese </li>
<li>1/2 onion, finely chopped </li>
<li>1 cup carrots, shredded </li>
<li>4 tortillas </li>
<li>1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded </li>
<li>1 kg cooked roast beef, thinly sliced </li>
<li>1 iceberg </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For Tortillas</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 cup flour </li>
<li>2 tsp salt </li>
<li>2 tbsp oil </li>
<li>3 tsp baking powder </li>
<li>1 1/2 cup warm water </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Beef And Cheese Tortillas</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a bowl stir together flour, salt and baking powder. Gradually add oil and warm water and knead it well to form a soft dough. </li>
<li>Divide the dough into small portions and make small balls, roll each ball into flat round shape. Heat a large pan and cook tortillas until brown from both sides. Put tortillas in hot pot to keep it warm. </li>
<li>Spread cream cheese on each tortilla, top with onions, carrot and cheddar cheese. Layer with beef and iceberg. Roll up into wrap tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes. </li>
<li>Cut into 1 inch slices before serving. </li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>In the following recipe chef Zakir used mushrooms, one of my favorite thing to eat. Mushroom contains high fiber and essential B vitamins. It is a good source of vitamin D and low in saturated fats. One thing keep in mind that always use canned mushrooms, never try to pick it yourself, as there is a risk that you can pick the toxic ones, which are not good for your health.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kg beef steaks</li>
<li>4 tbsp flour</li>
<li>1 onion finely chopped</li>
<li>1/2 cup mushrooms</li>
<li>1 tbsp garlic ginger paste</li>
<li>1 tbsp mustard paste</li>
<li>1 tsp grinded black pepper</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1/4 cup oil</li>
<li>2 tbsp Worcester sauce</li>
<li>1 lemon juice</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a bowl add garlic ginger paste, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, mustard and oil. Mix it well till it forms a paste. Now add Worcester sauce in this paste.</li>
<li>Marinate steaks in this paste and set it aside for few hours.</li>
<li>Now fry or grill the steaks until they are done.</li>
<li>In a pan take 4 tbsp oil and fry the onion, when it turns brown add 2 cup water. Dissolve flour in a little water and add it in onions, stir continually till the mixture thickens.</li>
<li>Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.</li>
<li>Pour the mushroom mixture on steaks. Serve hot.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 slices bread</li>
<li>1 chicken breast</li>
<li>4-5 slices beef</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>4 slices cheese</li>
<li>Half cucumber slices</li>
<li>1 tomato slices</li>
<li>Lettuce as required</li>
<li>1/4 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li>1/4 tsp black pepper</li>
<li>1/4 tsp white pepper</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>2 tbsp Worcester sauce</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cut chicken into long and thin slices. Apply white and black pepper, salt, Worcester sauce and mix them well and fry them in hot oil.</li>
<li>Apply mayonnaise on bread slices and heat the slices in pan, till they are golden from both sides.</li>
<li>Put salt, black and white pepper on beef slices and sauté them.</li>
<li>Beat the egg with salt and black pepper. Fry it in a pan.</li>
<li>On bread slice first put lettuce, then chicken, cucumber and tomato slices and then put other bread slice, then beef, cheese slice, cucumber, egg ,mayonnaise and lettuce, close it with other bread slice.</li>
<li>Cut in triangles.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> you can put tooth picks in center of sandwiches, to adjust the layers. You can also make these without beef if you don&#8217;t like to add beef.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>300 gm beef(undercut small size slices)</li>
<li>1 onion cut in rings</li>
<li>2 green onion chopped</li>
<li>2 tbsp Worcester sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp oyster sauce</li>
<li>2 tbsp corn flour</li>
<li>1/4 tsp black pepper</li>
<li>1/4 tsp white pepper</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Oil as required</li>
<li>4 cloves garlic chopped</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat the oil in pan,fry the garlic and beef in it, when beef turns brown then take it out and set aside.</li>
<li>In other pan stir fry the garlic and add onion, green onions, salt, oyster sauce, black and white pepper and Worcester sauce. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.</li>
<li>Now add fried beef in it, add 1 cup water. Dissolve corn flour in some water and add it in gravy. Cook till it thickens.</li>
<li>Serve hot with rice.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> you can add capsicums or broccoli or any vegetables of your choice in it.</p>

<li>300 gm beef undercut</li>
<li>6 button mushrooms</li>
<li>3 tbsp Worcester sauce</li>
<li>1 tsp grounded red chili</li>
<li>3 tbsp flour (dry cooked)</li>
<li>Half onion chopped</li>
<li>1 tbsp cream</li>
<li>2 green onion</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Black pepper to taste</li>
<li>1 tbsp garlic ginger paste</li>
<li>Oil as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cut undercut in thin slices. Apply salt, pepper, 2tbsp oil and garlic ginger paste on them and leave it for half an hour.</li>
<li>After half an hour fry the slices with little oil.</li>
<li>In other pan heat 2tbsp oil and fry the onion, when onion turns light brown then add 2 cups water, Worcester sauce, red chili, green onion, salt and black pepper.</li>
<li>Slice the mushrooms and add them in gravy. When it starts boiling, dissolve flour in water and add it in gravy. Cook till it thickens.</li>
<li>When it thickens add cream and beef slices.</li>
<li>Serve warm with rice.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip: </strong>You can also take corn flour instead of flour. You can also make a beef steaks with this method.</p>
