<p><strong>Ingredients Of Rice Cheese Balls</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 cups boiled rice, cooled</li>
<li>1 oz. mozzarella cheese</li>
<li>1 cup rice flour</li>
<li>2 eggs , lightly beaten</li>
<li>1 cup bread crumbs</li>
<li>Oil for frying</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of&#160; Rice Cheese Balls</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Roll rice into 12, 1/2 inch balls with wet hands.</li>
<li>Cut mozzarella cheese into 12, 1/2 inch cubes.</li>
<li>Poke a small hole in the center of each ball and insert a cube of cheese in it, then re form the ball again.</li>
<li>Put rice flour, eggs and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls.</li>
<li>Dip each ball first in the flour bowl, shaking off the excess flour, then dip in eggs and lastly in bread crumbs.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry till they are golden brown.</li>
<li>Let the balls stand for 2 minutes after taking them out of the pot for the cheese to melt and then serve with dip of your choice.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Zarda</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pinch yellow color</li>
<li>Pinch salt</li>
<li>2 cloves</li>
<li>1 cinnamon stick</li>
<li>3 small cardamoms</li>
<li>1/2 cup oil</li>
<li>1/2 cup water</li>
<li>1/2 kg sugar</li>
<li>1/2 kg rice</li>
<li>Khoya and nuts for garnishing</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cooking Method Of Zarda</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boil water with yellow color and salt. Add cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamoms. Now add washed rice in it and cook rice fully and drain them.</li>
<li>Heat oil and add half cup water in it. Add sugar and mix it well till sugar dissolves.</li>
<li>Add boiled rice in it and cook on high flame. When water dries up put the lid on and lower the flame. Put on dum for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Garnish it with nuts and khoya</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Garlic Rice</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gm boiled rice</li>
<li>2 eggs, beaten</li>
<li>2 tbsp garlic, chopped</li>
<li>2 green onions, chopped</li>
<li>1/4 cup oil</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Black pepper to taste</li>
<li>1 pinch white pepper</li>
<li>2 tbsp Worchester sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp soya sauce</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Garlic Rice</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic in it. When it turns light golden then add eggs, green onion and boiled rice.</li>
<li>In the end add salt, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce and Worchester sauce and mix it.</li>
<li>Serve with any of your favorite gravy.</li>
