<li>1 carrot sliced</li>

<li>1 tsp. tawabil</li>
<li>1 tsp. honey</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>2 tbsp. olive oil</li>
<li>Figs and almonds as required</li>
<li>Large raisins as required</li>
<li>Dried apricots as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Tagine</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil in a pan, fry onions till it changes color. Then add chicken pieces.</li>
<li>Fry chicken till it turns light golden in color.</li>
<li>Add carrots, tomatoes, zaatar, tawabil, honey, salt, figs, raisins and dried apricots to the pan and cover it with lid.</li>
<li>Cook for 20 minutes over low flame and then turn off the flame.</li>
<li>Serve hot with boiled rice.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chicken Sticks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500 gm. chicken breast or thigh pieces, cut in 1 inch squares </li>
<li>3tbsp chana dal, make fine powder </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. turmeric powder </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. black pepper </li>
<li>Salt to taste </li>
<li>1 tsp. ginger garlic paste </li>
<li>3 tbsp. cream </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. red chili flakes </li>
<li>1 onion </li>
<li>4-5 green chilies </li>
<li>3 tbsp. fresh coriander </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Sticks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Completely dry the chicken. </li>
<li>Make a paste of onion ,green chilies ,fresh coriander by using cream in a blender. Do not add water&#160; and make thick paste. </li>
<li>Now take a large mixing bowl and mix all the seasonings together. </li>
<li>Marinate the chicken in the above marinate for 6-8 hours. </li>
<li>Right before you take your chicken out of the refrigerator, start heating about 2 inch of oil over medium heat in a large fry pan.. </li>
<li>Take the chicken out of the refrigerator &#8230;Put them in sticks &#8230;      <br />At this point you need to check the temperature of your oil. If you throw in a pinch of flour it should sizzle. . Not too hot because you don&#8217;t want your chicken to burn. My oil is perfect over medium heat. </li>
<li>Now One by one place sticks in the heated oil. Allow to cook 5-8 minutes per side depends on thickness of pieces . Your sticks are done when they are a nice golden brown.&#160; If you keep the chicken for more time , it will loose its tenderness and become chewy. </li>
<li>Delicious Chicken sticks ready. Serve Hot with your favorite dip. </li>

<li>1.5 tsp. Chinese salt </li>

<li>1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder </li>

<li>Tomato, Onion, Capsicum as required </li>
<li>1 tbsp. butter </li>
<li>1 tsp. green chilies, chopped </li>
<li>2 tbsp. coriander, chopped </li>

<p><strong>Method Of Arabic Sheesh Kebab</strong></p>

<li>Marinate chicken pieces in all ingredients except garlic paste and butter. </li>
<li>Leave marinated chicken in fridge for 2 hours. </li>
<li>After 2 hours put chicken and vegetable pieces on skewers and grill them or you can also fry them in oil. </li>
<li>Heat butter in pan and sauté garlic paste in it now toss grilled sticks in this sauce. </li>

<h3>Method Of Cheesy Creamy Chicken</h3>

<li>Heat ½ cup oil, add 2 tbsp. crushed garlic, fry till light golden.</li>
<li>Now add ½ kg chicken with 4 chopped green chilies, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sliced ginger, cover and cook for 10 minutes.</li>
<li> Now add ½ tsp. chili powder, ½ tsp. crushed cumin, ½ tsp. green cardamom powder, 1 tsp. all spice, fry for another 5 minutes, lastly add in 3 tbsp. cream, 1 tbsp. butter, ½ tsp. saffron, and 2 tbsp. cheese. Mix it well and remove from heat , serve with naan.</li>

<li>Cut the chicken into thin strips. </li>
<li>To make the marinade mix together 1tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 tbsp. Soya sauce, 1 tsp. mustard powder, 1 tbsp. chicken powder, 2 tbsp. corn flour and salt as required.</li>
<li>Put the chicken strips in the prepared marinade .Then dip into the beaten eggs and dredge in breadcrumbs. Leave aside for 15 minutes</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken strips until they turn golden brown.     <br />Serve with tomato ketchup</li>

<li>Red food color &#8211; few drop&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tbsp lemon juice</li>
<li>Few curry leaves</li>
<li>2tbsp flour</li>
<li>Oil as required </li>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken 65</strong></p>
<li>Take chicken cut it in cubes or length wise in strips.</li>
<li>Add egg, salt, red chili, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste, flour, and mix it well and deep fry it.</li>
<li>When its color changes to brown and crispy take it out.</li>
<li>Now take a pan add 4 tbsp oil in it add chop garlic, ginger and cumin, fry it.</li>
<li>Then add salt, red chili, cumin powder, curry leave, red food color and fry it by adding 1/4 cup of water, cook it for 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Now add chicken in it, when all gravy covers the chicken dish it out.</li>
<li>Your Chicken 65 is ready squeeze lemon in it and serve hot.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chicken Bhuna Masala</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kg chicken breast, cut in small pieces</li>
<li>2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste</li>
<li>2 onions, medium, sliced</li>
<li>2 tomatoes, chopped</li>
<li>1 tbsp red chili powder</li>
<li>1 tsp crushed cumin seeds</li>
<li>2 tbsp butter</li>
<li>1/2 tsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>1 cup fresh cream</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1/2 tsp black pepper powder</li>
<li>1 tsp garam masala powder (all spices)</li>
<li>Coriander leaves as required</li>
<li>4-5 green chilies</li>
<li>1 piece ginger, julienne cut</li>
<li>Oil as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Bhuna Masala</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil add ginger garlic paste sauté it till light brown, then add 2 sliced onions and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till tomatoes looses it color and hardness.</li>
<li> Then add chicken pieces, 1 tbsp red chili powder and salt, mix it and stir fry it. Add ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, slow the gas flame and add 2 tbsp butter mix it well cover with lid and cook till aroma of butter comes out.</li>
<li>Now put the gas flame to high, add turmeric powder and stir fry it again. Then switch Off the gas flame add fresh cream (if you don’t switch off the gas flame chances are the cream with curdle) mix it well then switch On the gas flame, add black pepper powder, garam masala powder and cook till done.</li>
<li>Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger julienne<strong>.</strong></li>

<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Reshmi Kebabs</strong></p>

<li>In a bowl take a cream and mix garlic ginger paste, mint, coriander, green chilies and salt in it.</li>
<li>Now add chicken pieces in this mixture and marinate it for 4-6 hours.</li>
<li>Take skewers and put chicken pieces in them and barbeque them. Apply oil on them while you barbeque them.</li>
<li>You can also bake them in oven for 10 minutes, turn them and then bake them for 5 more minutes.</li>
<li>Another method is that take a non stick pan and put the chicken mixture with all marinade in it. Cook it till chicken is done.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gm chicken in cubes</li>
<li>2 capsicums cut in cubes</li>
<li>1 onion cut in cubes</li>
<li>2 tomatoes cut in cubes</li>
<li>1 tbsp corn flour</li>
<li>2 tbsp garlic paste</li>
<li>2 tbsp tomato ketchup</li>
<li>2 tbsp chili garlic sauce</li>
<li>2 tbsp Worchester sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp red chili powder</li>
<li>1/2 tsp black pepper</li>
<li>1/4 tsp white pepper</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Oil as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Marinate chicken with garlic paste, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, Worchester sauce, salt, black and white pepper, chili powder, oil and corn flour. Set it aside for 1 hour.</li>
<li>Take shashlik sticks, Thread onion piece, then chicken cube, capsicum and then chicken again,tomato and then chicken. Put all vegetables and chicken on sticks in this manner.</li>
<li>Now in a pan heat the oil and fry these sticks. Cook covered for 5-6 minutes on low flame.</li>
<li>Serve with fresh salad.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> You can also grill the skewers.</p>

<li>1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste</li>
<li>2 tsp coriander powder</li>
<li>2tsp cumin powder</li>
<li>2 tsp red chili powder</li>
<li>1tsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>1 cup yoghurt</li>
<li>1 lemon juice</li>
<li>2 green chilies chopped</li>
<li>1 spring onion chopped</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1tsp black pepper</li>
<li>3tbsp oil</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken boneless cubes in it for 1-2 hours.</li>
<li>Heat the oil and put marinated chicken in it, cook for 10 minutes, frequently spooning the marinade on top of the chicken during cooking.</li>
<li>Cook till its done and tender. Put the piece of burn coal in center and pour a few drops of oil on coal, and cover it immediately. It gives the chicken a smoked barbeque flavor. Place the coal on some steel bowl or on bread piece.</li>
<li>Garnish it with tomatoes and green coriander and green chilies.</li>
