<li>1/2 kg boneless chicken </li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>1 tsp. crushed black pepper</li>
<li>1 tsp. mustard powder</li>
<li>1 tbsp. vinegar</li>
<li>1 tbsp. soya sauce</li>
<li>1 tbsp. chicken powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp. corn flour</li>
<li>Oil for frying</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Bread crumbs as requires</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Fried Chicken Strips</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cut the chicken into thin strips. </li>
<li>To make the marinade mix together 1tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 tbsp. Soya sauce, 1 tsp. mustard powder, 1 tbsp. chicken powder, 2 tbsp. corn flour and salt as required.</li>
<li>Put the chicken strips in the prepared marinade .Then dip into the beaten eggs and dredge in breadcrumbs. Leave aside for 15 minutes</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken strips until they turn golden brown.     <br />Serve with tomato ketchup</li>

<li>Mix 1/2 kg chicken mince with 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1/2 tsp. white pepper, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp. coriander leaves,1 tsp.&#160; garlic paste and four bread slices made into crumbs, mix well and&#160; marinate for 1 hour.</li>

<li>500 gm. chicken mince </li>
<li>1 onion, sliced </li>
<li>1 egg </li>
<li>1 cup bread crumbs </li>
<li>1 cup flour </li>
<li>6 slices of bread </li>
<li>1 tsp. chopped garlic </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. black pepper </li>
<li>1 tsp. salt </li>
<li>1 tsp. red chili (optional) </li>
</ul>
<h3><font style="font-weight: bold">Method Of Chicken Nuggets</font></h3>
<ul>
<li>Put chicken mince, bread slices, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, red chili in a chopper and mix it till it is well blended and mixed. </li>
<li>Now make the shape of nuggets. </li>
<li>Beat egg with little water. Now coat nugget with flour, then dip it in egg and then again coat it in bread crumbs. Do this with all nuggets. </li>
<li>Heat the oil and deep fry on medium heat till nuggets are golden brown. </li>
<li>Serve hot. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong>You can also freeze the nuggets with coating. Or you can freeze them without coating and when you want to fry them then you can apply the coating.</p>

<p><strong>Method Of Quick Deep Fried Chicken</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Apply cuts on leg pieces. It helps to penetrate salty water in the chicken.</li>
<li>Soak the chicken in warm water for 1 hour. Add salt, red chili powder and 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste in that water. Now drain it after 1 hour.</li>
<li>Beat eggs and add salt, red chili powder and 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste in it.</li>
<li>Mix flour and bread crumbs. Add little salt in it.</li>
<li>Now coat the leg pieces with egg and then with flour mixture. Dust away the excess flours.</li>
<li>Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken on medium heat, so that it cooked from inside. Fry it for 7 minutes or till they are golden brown from both sides.</li>
<li>Drain on paper towel and serve with tomato ketchup.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kg boneless chicken</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Bread crumbs as required</li>
<li>Black pepper to taste</li>

<li>Oil for frying</li>

<p><strong>Method</strong></p>

<li>Chop the chicken in chopper, add salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Now make the balls of chicken and coat them in flour, then in eggs and in last coat crumbs on it. Do this with all chicken mixture.</li>
<li>Now turn that balls into nuggets shape with the help of your hands.</li>
<li>Heat the oil and deep fry the nuggets.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>2tb.s garlic and ginger paste</li>
<li>½ kg lamb chops</li>
<li>1tb.s chili powder</li>
<li>½ cup yogurt</li>
<li>Salt according to taste</li>

<li>½ ts garm masala</li>
<li>½ ts turmeric powder</li>
<li>Bread crumbs according to your need</li>
<li>Oil for frying</li>

<li>Fry garlic and ginger paste in 2 tb.s oil.</li>
<li>Add chops in it and cook till the water of chops dry.</li>
<li>Now add yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, salt and little water. Cook it till the chops become tender.</li>
<li>Beat an egg and apply the egg on chops and then coat them in bread crumbs and deep fry them.</li>
<li>Serve them with French fries and sauce of your choice.</li>

<li>Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep fry the coated eggs until golden brown. Serve the eggs while hot, either whole or cut into halves.</li>
