<p><strong>Method Of Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding</strong> </p>
<ul>

<p>Preheat the oven to 170C/325F/Gas 3. Grease an ovenproof dish lightly with butter. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Tip in the stale bread cubes. Toss in the chocolate chips to spread evenly among the bread cubes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Whisk together the eggs, light soft brown sugar, rum, double cream and milk. Pour this mixture over the bread and press the cubes down to coat them in the liquid.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Leave all this to soak for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with the demerara sugar and put straight into the oven for 40-50 minutes. (If your oven browns unevenly, turn the dish around halfway through cooking.) The pudding is ready when the custard has set and has a light wobble.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Let the dish stand for a while before serving &#8211; if you can. The smell as it bakes is almost overwhelming and it can be hard to wait once it is out of the oven.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> I tend to freeze stale bread in bags of crumbs or cubes and save them to use as needed. If your bread isn’t stale, then leave the slices to dry first for a while on a wire rack before cubing and using. </p>

<li>250 gm. churnton cheese, grated</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper</li>
<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper as required</li>
<li>6 large thick slices of white crusty bread</li>
<li>Butter for greasing</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Bread And Cheese Pudding</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Butter a deep ovenproof dish. Whisk together the milk, eggs, 25 gm. cheese, cayenne pepper and nutmeg. Season well.</li>
<li>Halve the slices of bread diagonally and place half of them in dish. Cover with 125 gm. cheese and top with the remaining bread. Pour over the egg and milk mixture.</li>
<li>Press the bread gently into the milk.</li>
<li>Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes to absorb most of the liquid.</li>
<li>Bake at 220 c for about 30 minutes or until puffed, lightly set and well browned, covering loosely with foil if necessary.</li>

<li>Flatten the Bread slices using rolling pin. </li>
<li>Fill the mixture in bread slices and fold like a Swiss roll. Dip in 2 beaten egg, roll in 1 cup Flour and fry in hot oil. Delicious and crispy cheese rolls are ready to serve.</li>

<li>1/4 cup powder milk </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. salt </li>
<li>4 cup plain flour </li>
<li>2 tbsp. self raising flour </li>
<li>4 tbsp. sugar </li>
<li>2 tbsp. yeast </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Taftan</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a bowl, mix together 2&#160; tbsp. of self raising flour, 2 tbsp. of yeast, and 2 tbsp. of sugar and 3 tbsp. of Luke warm water. Leave aside for 4 -5 minutes. </li>
<li>In a separate bowl mix the plain flour with 1/4 cup powdered milk, 8 tbsp. yeast, and water mixture. Knead for 10 minutes till smooth dough is formed. Brush it with oil, cover and leave aside for 45 minutes. </li>
<li>Press the dough with your hands and divide into six rolls. Grease a griddle. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the 6 balls of dough. Place each disc onto the griddle, and brush oil on top. </li>
<li>Place the taftan in an oven for 30 minutes. Then place the griddle on a low flame and cook the taftan until it turns golden brown. Flip over and cook the other side.      <br />Brush oil and water l on top of each taftan and serve. </li>

<li>Take a boneless chicken, add BBQ sauce, salt, mustard, chili, mix it and leave it for 15 minutes. </li>
<li>After 15 minutes add chicken in pan cover it and cook it, when sauce is little dried add 2 tbsp oil in it and cook it till chicken becomes brown and tender. </li>
<li>Take chicken and cut it in chunks. </li>
<li>Take mayo add chopped carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, jalapeno, salt, black pepper, and mix it. </li>
<li>Take a bread slice spread mayo on it, then chicken chunks, then boiled egg slice and close it with bread slice. </li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chicken Bread Pokora</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 slices sandwich bread, remove edges </li>
<li>Tomato ketchup as required </li>
<li>1/2 cup shredded boiled chicken </li>
<li>1 cup chick pea flour (besan) </li>
<li>Salt as required </li>
<li>3-4 tbsp mayonnaise </li>
<li>1/4 tsp black pepper </li>
<li>1/4 tsp baking soda </li>
<li>1/4 tsp cumin powder </li>
<li>1/2 tsp red chili powder </li>
<li>Oil for frying </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Bread Pokora</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>First of all make the batter of chick pea flour with water. Add salt, red chili, cumin powder and baking powder in it. Mix it well. Batter should be smooth. </li>
<li>Take a bowl and mix shredded chicken in mayonnaise. Add salt and black pepper in it and mix it well. Set it aside. </li>
<li>Now apply tomato ketchup on one slice and cover it with other slice and apply the chicken mixture on it and close it with third slice. </li>
<li>Now coat the chick flour mixture all over the bread slices. Deep fry it on medium heat till its golden brown in color. </li>
<li>Cut it in triangles before serving. Serve hot with chili garlic sauce. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip</strong>: You can also change the stuffing of your choice. You can apply the mint and chili sauce and also you can put the cheese slice in it.</p>

<li>Mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Pizza Sandwich</strong></p>

<li>Take a bread slice, spread pizza sauce over it. Spread both grated cheeses.</li>
<li>Now place eggplant, capsicum, onion, olives and tomato slices over it. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano on it. Now drizzle some olive oil and chili sauce over it.</li>
<li>Now spread some more cheese and cover it with other bread slice. Drizzle some oil on both sides of bread and grill it on hot grill pan.</li>
<li>You can also make them on simple greased pan.Cook sandwich 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwich is golden brown. Cut into wedges to serve.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Bread Pudding</strong></p>

<li>1/2 liter milk </li>
<li>5 bread slices, remove edges </li>
<li>3 tbsp custard powder, any flavor, dissolver in cold water </li>
<li>Sugar to taste </li>
<li>1 tin cocktail fruit, or any fresh fruits </li>
<li>1 cup fresh cream </li>
<li>100 gm raisins </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Bread Pudding</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boil the milk, when it boils add sugar according to your taste. When sugar dissolves then add custard, stir continually. </li>
<li>Now dip bread slices in custard and then arrange them in serving dish on base and on sides of dish. </li>
<li>Add cocktail or any fresh fruits in custard and cook it for 2-3 minutes. It should be thick in consistency, if you feel that custard is not thick then you can add more custard. </li>
<li>Add half cream and raisins, stir continually to avoid burning. Cook on medium heat. When mixture becomes smooth then pour it over bread in serving dish. </li>
<li>When it cool down a little on room temperature then garnish it with remaining cream. </li>
<li>Serve chilled. </li>

Following recipe is easy and you can pack these sandwiches in aluminum foil and it can be used after 7-8 hours. It is simple enough to make everyday with little variations. You can also serve them to your guests with tea.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6-8 slices bread</li>
<li>200 gm boneless chicken,cut in small stripes</li>
<li>1/2 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>Cheese slices as required</li>
<li>1 cup ketchup</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1/2 tsp crushed red chili</li>
<li>1/2 tsp crushed black pepper</li>
<li>2 tbsp oil</li>
<li>1/2 tsp garlic paste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>First we will make the chicken, heat oil in a pan and stir fry the garlic paste in it. Now add chicken,salt, red chili and black chili. Cook till its done and dry.</li>
<li>Beat the eggs with salt and make 3 omelets in a non –stick pan. Cut them from center into 2 pieces.</li>
<li>Now heat the bread slices in pan from both sides till they are light golden in color. Remove the edges.</li>
<li>Apply ketchup on one slice, place omelet on it,then chicken slices, cheese slice and mayonnaise over cheese. Cover it with other slice with ketchup or mayonnaise on it.</li>
<li>Cut it in triangles.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> You can also place salad leave and tomatoes in it , but only if you want to eat it on spot. If you are giving it to kids for lunch then don&#8217;t place tomatoes or salad leaves because their taste will change after some time.</p>
