<p><strong>Ingredients Of Creamy Potatoes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kg potatoes </li>
<li>2 green onions (only green part, chopped) </li>
<li>2 tbsp. flour </li>
<li>4 tbsp. cream </li>
<li>2 tbsp. Worchester sauce </li>
<li>Salt to taste </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. black peeper </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. white pepper </li>
<li>2 cups milk </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Creamy Potatoes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boil potatoes. Peel them and cut in rounds. </li>
<li>Heat milk in a pan and thickens it with flour. Dissolve flour in cold milk to avoid lumps. </li>
<li>Add green onion, Worchester, cream, salt and both peppers in it. Mix it well. </li>
<li>Add potato rounds in it and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with green onion. </li>
<li>Serve hot. You can also serve it as a side dish with your main meal. </li>

<h2>Ingredients Of Dhaka Karahi</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 kg chicken, cut into pieces</li>
<li>2 medium onions, sliced</li>
<li>4 tomatoes, chopped</li>
<li>4 to 5 green chilies</li>
<li>1 cup water</li>
<li>½ cup oil</li>
<li>¼ bunch fresh coriander</li>
<li>1 medium piece of ginger, sliced</li>
<li>1 tsp. hot spices powder</li>
<li>1 tbsp. crushed cumin</li>
<li>1 tbsp. crushed coriander</li>
<li>2 tbsp. red chili flakes</li>
<li>3 tbsp. ginger, garlic paste</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Dhaka Karahi</h2>
<ul>
<li>Heat ½ cup oil and add 3 tbsp. ginger garlic paste and kg chicken cut into pieces to a pan and sauté it. </li>
<li>When chicken changes its color, add 1 medium piece of sliced ginger, 1 tbsp. crushed cumin, 1 tbsp. crushed coriander, 2 tbsp. red chili flakes and salt to taste and mix. </li>
<li>Now lower the flame and allow simmering for 10 to 15 minutes.</li>
<li> Then add 4 to 5 sliced green chilies, 2 sliced onions, 4 sliced tomatoes and ¼ bunch fresh coriander and stir together. </li>
<li>When all vegetables are tender, add 1 tsp. hot spices powder and stir well. Dhaka Karahi is ready to serve.</li>

<li>2 tbsp. oil</li>
<li>2 tbsp. plain flour</li>
<li>4 tbsp. corn flour</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Oil as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For Garnishing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 lemon</li>
<li>1 spring onion</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of lemon Chicken </h2>
<ul>
<li>
<h2><font style="font-weight: normal" size="3">Cut</font> <font size="3"><font style="font-weight: normal">2 chicken breasts and mix them with 2 tbsp.. flour, 2 tbsp. corn flour, 1 beaten egg, 2 lemon’s juice, ¼ tsp. black pepper and ¼ tsp. white pepper.</font></font><font size="3"><font style="font-weight: normal">Marinate chicken breasts and deep fry.</font></font></h2>

<h2><font size="3"><font style="font-weight: normal"> In a separate pan,heat some oil and add 4 sliced cloves of garlic, ½ cup honey and 1 cup water. </font></font></h2>
</li>
<li>
<h2><font size="3"><font style="font-weight: normal">Now add 1 tbsp. oyster sauce, ¼ tsp. black pepper and salt to taste. When it reaches a boiling point, add 1 tbsp. corn flour dissolved in water to thicken the mixture. </font></font></h2>
</li>
<li>
<h2><font size="3"><font style="font-weight: normal">Now slice chicken pieces and place them on a platter and pour the sauce on top of it.</font></font></h2>
</li>
<li>
<h2><font size="3"><font style="font-weight: normal"> Garnish with a sliced</font></font><font style="font-weight: normal"> </font><font style="font-weight: normal" size="3">lemon and a sliced spring onion before serving</font></h2>

<li>½ kg chicken breast</li>
<li>3 tbsp. plain flour</li>
<li>3 tbsp. corn flour</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>½ tsp. black pepper</li>
<li>¼ tsp. white pepper</li>
<li>1 tbsp. red chili flakes</li>
<li>1 packet corn flakes</li>
<li>1 plastic bag</li>
<li>Oil for frying</li>
<li>1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste</li>
<li>¼ bunch sliced coriander</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of High Tea Chicken</h2>
<ul>
<li>Clean ½ kg chicken breast and hammer lightly with a steak hammer.</li>
<li>Then cut chicken into stripes and mix with ½ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. white pepper, 1 tbsp. red chili flakes, 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and 1 beaten egg.</li>
<li> Also add ¼ bunch sliced coriander, 3 tbsp. corn flour and plain flour and mix thoroughly. </li>
<li>Fill a plastic bag with crushed corn flakes and one chicken strip and hammer. Repeat the process with all chicken stripes and deep fry.</li>
<li> Serve crunchy Hi- Tea Chicken with tomato ketchup.</li>

<li>300 grams rice</li>
<li>1 onion</li>
<li>3 eggs</li>
<li>6 cloves of garlic</li>
<li>2 to 3 spring onions</li>
<li>½ bunch fresh coriander</li>
<li>¼ cup oil</li>
<li>½ tsp. black pepper</li>
<li>½ tsp. white pepper </li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1 cup corn</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Corn Rice</h2>
<ul>
<li>Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside.</li>
<li> Finely slice 2 to 3 spring onions and ½ bunch fresh coriander. Chop onion into pieces.</li>
<li> In a bowl, beat eggs. Also slice 6 cloves of garlic. </li>
<li>Now heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic. When it changes to a nice golden brown, add chopped onion and 1 cup corn. When onion is transparent, add beaten eggs and allow cooking. </li>
<li>Then add sliced, spring onion and coriander and boiled rice. Also add ½ tsp. black pepper, ½ tsp. white pepper and salt to taste and stir together on high flame.</li>
<li> Corn Rice is ready to serve.</li>

<li>½ tsp. yellow color</li>

<li>25 grams whole spices</li>

<li>1 tbsp. coriander seeds</li>
<li>1 tbsp. cumin seeds</li>

<li>2 tbsp. turmeric powder</li>

<h2>Method Of Yakhni Biryani</h2>
<ul>
<li>Soak 300 grams washed rice for half an hour. </li>
<li>In a pan, heat 1 cup clarified butter. Add 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste, 2 sliced onions and ½ kg chicken and sauté until color begins to change.</li>
<li>Make a pouch of 250 grams yogurt, 1 tbsp. fennel seeds and 1 tbsp. coriander seeds with a piece of cotton and add to chicken. </li>
<li>Then add 25 grams whole hot spices, salt to taste, 2 tbsp. turmeric powder and 6 to 8 green chilies and mix. </li>
<li>Add 1 glass of water after some time. In a another pan, boil rice with salt to taste, 1 tbsp. cumin seeds and 4 to 5 aniseeds. </li>
<li>Make a layer of rice on the top of chicken gravy. Top with melted clarified butter, kewra and yellow color and allow simmering for 10 to 12 minutes.</li>
<li>Delicious Yakhni Biryani is ready to serve. Serve with salad and yogurt dip.</li>

<li>15 grams baking powder</li>
<li>50 grams cocoa powder</li>
<li>125 grams plain flour</li>
<li>150 grams sugar</li>
<li>Few drops of vanilla essence</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Chocolate Muffins</h2>
<ul>
<li>Beat 6 eggs in a bowl till they are creamy. Then add 150 grams sugar and 20 grams baking powder and beat enough to dissolve the sugar. </li>
<li>Then add 125 grams sieved plain flour gradually and keep stirring. Also add 50 grams cocoa powder and mix. </li>
<li>When cocoa powder is well combined, add vanilla essence and mix. Pour the mixture in a mould and bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 15 minutes.</li>
<li> When sponge is ready, let it cool at room temperature.</li>
<li>For topping, melt a block of 150 grams cooking chocolate. Top baked muffins with melted chocolate and also insert some chocolate inside muffins with a syringe. </li>
<li>Chocolate Muffins are ready to serve.</li>

<li>½ tsp. white pepper powder </li>
<li>2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste </li>
<li>Salt to taste </li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Chinese Stew</h2>
<ul>
<li>Heat ½ cup oil and sauté 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste. When it changes color, add ½ kg chicken and keep stirring on high flame until chicken changes color. </li>
<li>Then add chopped carrot, spring onion, capsicums, ¼ cabbage, ½ tsp. black pepper powder and salt to taste and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. </li>
<li>Then add 2 cups of water and cover the pan to allow cooking on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. </li>
<li>When chicken is tender, add 4 tbsp. corn flour dissolved in water to thicken the mixture. </li>
