<li>2 chicken breasts</li>
<li>1 cup butter milk</li>
<li>1/2 cup oil for frying</li>
<li>1 3/4 cup cracker crumbs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Nuggets</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Put the chicken breasts one at a time into a freezer bag so that it lies flat. Bash with a rolling pin until the chicken is quite thin, and then take it out and slice into about 6 to 8 slices. Repeat with the other chicken breast. This is easiest done with scissors. </li>
<li>Put the slices into a freezer bag with the buttermilk and leave in the refrigerator to marinade for up to 2 days. </li>
<li>When you are ready to cook them, heat the oil in a large frying pan, or preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. </li>
<li>Tip the cracker crumbs into a wide shallow bowl, and then shake off the excess buttermilk from the nuggets and dip them in the crumbs. Coat them well before lying gently in the hot oil, and cooking for about 2 minutes or so a side until they are golden brown. Transfer to a kitchen towel on a plate to blot the excess oil. </li>
<li>Alternatively, you can lay the crumb-coated chicken nuggets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. They can also be frozen once marinated and crumbed. If cooking from frozen, add 5 minutes to the oven cooking time. </li>

Some mayonnaise is made with omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce sudden death from heart attacks and have also been linked to the positive treatment of depression, arthritis and colon inflammation.</p>

<li>4 tbsp mayonnaise</li>
<li>2 tbsp garlic paste</li>
<li>5 eggs</li>
<li>2 cups bread crumbs</li>
<li>3 tbsp corn flour</li>
<li>3 tbsp refined flour</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1 tbsp crushed red chilies</li>
<li>1/2 tbsp black pepper</li>
<li>Oil to fry</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Mayo Fried Chicken</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cut chicken breasts into 2 thick pieces. Cut them from the middle to open them up. Put salt, garlic paste, red chilies, black pepper and 2 eggs in a bowl and mix well. Rub this mixture thoroughly on the chicken pieces. Add refined and corn flour and mix well.</li>
<li>Put bread crumbs in a plate and beat 3 eggs in a bowl.</li>
<li>Open each chicken piece and fill it up with mayonnaise. Coat the chicken pieces first in breadcrumbs, then in eggs and once again in breadcrumbs.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan and put chicken in it, lower the flame and cover with lid.</li>
<li>When the pieces turn golden, take them out in a dish. Cut them from middle and serve.</li>

<li>In a large pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat, when butter melts then add chicken and sauté it until its golden brown. </li>
<li>Transfer chicken to baking dish. Add the vinegar and thyme and oregano in a pan, bring the liquid to boil, scraping up the brown bits and pour the pan juices over the chicken. </li>
<li>Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sprinkle lemon juice and bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes or till the chicken is tender. </li>
