<li>4 bread slice crumbs</li>

<li>Crumbs for coating</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Chili Nuggets</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix 1/2 kg chicken mince with 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1/2 tsp. white pepper, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp. coriander leaves,1 tsp.&#160; garlic paste and four bread slices made into crumbs, mix well and&#160; marinate for 1 hour.</li>
<li> Make in the&#160; shape of nuggets, dip them&#160; in 1 or 2 beaten eggs, coat in bread crumbs and deep fry in a wok.</li>

<h3><strong>Ingredients Of&#160; Chicken Nuggets</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>500 gm. chicken mince </li>
<li>1 onion, sliced </li>
<li>1 egg </li>
<li>1 cup bread crumbs </li>
<li>1 cup flour </li>
<li>6 slices of bread </li>
<li>1 tsp. chopped garlic </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. black pepper </li>
<li>1 tsp. salt </li>
<li>1 tsp. red chili (optional) </li>
</ul>
<h3><font style="font-weight: bold">Method Of Chicken Nuggets</font></h3>
<ul>
<li>Put chicken mince, bread slices, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, red chili in a chopper and mix it till it is well blended and mixed. </li>
<li>Now make the shape of nuggets. </li>
<li>Beat egg with little water. Now coat nugget with flour, then dip it in egg and then again coat it in bread crumbs. Do this with all nuggets. </li>
<li>Heat the oil and deep fry on medium heat till nuggets are golden brown. </li>
<li>Serve hot. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong>You can also freeze the nuggets with coating. Or you can freeze them without coating and when you want to fry them then you can apply the coating.</p>

<li>2 tbsp white cumin seeds</li>
<li>1 tbsp garlic paste</li>
<li>4-6 curry leaves, chopped</li>
<li>Handful green coriander. chopped</li>

<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Oil for deep frying</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Methi Pakora</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Make a light thick and smooth batter using the sifted gram flour, baking powder and keep it aside for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Mix the remaining ingredients and gently fold in the batter except oil. Add a little water if needed for mixing. After mixing leave it for 10 minutes. Check the seasoning by frying one pakora.</li>
<li>Heat oil and deep fry the pakoras till golden brown on light medium flame.</li>
<li>Remove from oil and place them on the kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.</li>
<li>Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Mexican Chili Chapatti</strong></p>

<li>Put refined flour, salt, sugar, egg, oil, corn flour and white cumin powder in a pot and mix well. Add water and knead well.</li>
<li> Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. Make chapattis from the dough.</li>
<li>Put onions, tomatoes, capsicums, cabbage, red chilies, salt and mince in a bowl. Mix it with your hands.</li>
<li>Spread the chicken mixture and grated cheese on a chapatti. Keep the other chapatti on top and press the sides.</li>
<li>Keep this on a baking tray in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Cut into four triangles and serve hot.</li>

<li>Preheat oven at 200 degrees</li>
<li>Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix them well.</li>
<li>Roll the mixture into bite size balls.</li>
<li>Place them in greased baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn them once during cooking.</li>

<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat the oven at 210 degree and brush oven tray lightly with oil or butter.</li>
<li>Beat the egg in bowl, add chicken mince, cheese, basil, green onion,salt and black pepper. Mix it well.</li>
<li>With damp hands, make the rolls of 20 cm long. Make 4 rolls with the filling.</li>
<li>Cut each pastry sheet into 2 and brush each sheet with water. lay a roll of filling on the bottom third of each sheet and roll up as for a sausage roll. Cut each roll in 6 pieces and place on oven tray.</li>
<li>Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for 20-25 minutes or untill puffed and golden brown.</li>
<li>Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.</li>

<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<ul>
<li>6 eggs</li>
<li>300 gm chicken mince</li>
<li>1ts grated ginger</li>
<li>¼ cup plain flour</li>
<li>1 egg beaten</li>
<li>½ cup bread crumbs</li>
<li>Oil for deep frying</li>
<li>1ts black pepper</li>
<li>Salt according to taste</li>
<li>3tb.s green sides of spring onion</li>

<h3>Method</h3>
<ul>
<li>Boil the eggs for 15 minutes in a boiling water (eggs should be full boiled)</li>
<li>Mix the chicken mince, ginger, salt, black pepper, green onion in a bowl. Now peel the eggs and then toss them lightly in the flour.</li>
<li>Use damp hands and wrap each egg with the chicken mince mixture. now coat them in egg and after that in bread crumbs.</li>
<li>Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep fry the coated eggs until golden brown. Serve the eggs while hot, either whole or cut into halves.</li>
