It is also claimed that men are usually stiff in hamstrings, back and shoulders. Choosing yoga as a way to stay fit will prove conductive to your overall physical wee- being as it helps you attain flexibility in muscle tissues, strength in the joints and ligaments, while lowering anxiety and stress levels through special breathing exercises.</p>

<p>To understand our skin, first we have to understand what goes within. There are numerous chemical reactions goes on within. These chemical processes result in the production of toxins. These toxins make our skin dull and lusterless.</p>
<p>To take good care of your skin, it is essential to maintain a healthy nutritional diet, which includes all fresh vegetable, fruits, dairy products and pulses and i forget the most important thing , its water, drink lots and lots of water, it will clean you from inside and the glow will be seen in your face. Then exercise regularly and if you cant then try to walk daily and most of all moisturize your skin regularly and use a good quality detoxing cream.</p>

<p>I already mentioned in my other article “the types of diets”, their side effects and how those diets can effect your health. You cant lose your weight overnight, its a slow process and it needs a lots of steps to be followed. You should target yourself not to lose weight only but to lose weight healthily. <p><strong>Regular exercise</strong></p>
<p>There is no getting away from the fact that taking regular exercise is the way to stay healthy.It reduces your risk of getting ill, can help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. Plus it will be a lot of fun, if you are doing it with your friends.If you are not doing any then its time to start one.</p>
<p><strong>Expert’s opinion</strong></p>
<p>Experts recommends that you get off your backside five days a week for 30 minutes. If you have not exercised for a while then start off gently and build up. Don&#8217;t feel you have to do something extreme. Its better to do something than nothing at all.</p>
<p><strong>Make small changes</strong></p>
<p>Try getting off the bus couple of stops early, walk instead of driving and climb the stairs instead of lift. Starting like this can be more do-able for overweight people or smokers.</p>
<p><strong>Wear right footwear</strong></p>
<p>Make sure that you are wearing the right trainers. They should fit comfortably, support your arch and ankles and suit the sport you will be doing.</p>
<p><strong>Warm up</strong></p>
<p>Always warm up before you work out, it heats up your muscles and prepares your heart, lungs and mind for what’s about to happen, which means you stand less chances of injuries.</p>
<p><strong>Cool down after exercise</strong></p>
<p>A good cool down after exercise is as must as a warm up, sudden stopping can lead to aches and strains. Start with large movements and ease down gradually.</p>
<p><strong>Different kinds of exercises</strong></p>
<p>Throwing different kinds of exercises into the mix means your body gets an overall workout. Experiment with cardiovascular to work your heart and lungs, such as football and running, weight-bearing to strengthen your muscles and bones, and stretch and tone like yoga and swimming to give your muscles flexibility.</p>
