<p><strong>Ingredients Of Creamy Potatoes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kg potatoes </li>
<li>2 green onions (only green part, chopped) </li>
<li>2 tbsp. flour </li>
<li>4 tbsp. cream </li>
<li>2 tbsp. Worchester sauce </li>
<li>Salt to taste </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. black peeper </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. white pepper </li>
<li>2 cups milk </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Creamy Potatoes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boil potatoes. Peel them and cut in rounds. </li>
<li>Heat milk in a pan and thickens it with flour. Dissolve flour in cold milk to avoid lumps. </li>
<li>Add green onion, Worchester, cream, salt and both peppers in it. Mix it well. </li>
<li>Add potato rounds in it and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with green onion. </li>
<li>Serve hot. You can also serve it as a side dish with your main meal. </li>

<li>2 1/2 cup flour</li>
<li>5 tbsp. caster sugar</li>
<li>3 tbsp. any milk powder</li>
<li>1.5 tbsp. instant yeast</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>3 tbsp. melted butter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For Chocolate Icing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 cup icing sugar</li>
<li>3 tbsp. coco powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp. cream</li>
<li>1 tbsp. water</li>
<li>1 tsp. butter</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Doughnuts</h2>
<ul>
<li>Mix all ingredients and knead it with warm water till it forms a soft dough.</li>
<li>Place the dough in greased bowl covered and let it raise for one hour.</li>
<li>Cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter or you can also shape them with your hands. Put them in a tray and let them raise again for one hour.</li>
<li>After one hour deep fry them on medium heat till they are light golden on color.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For Icing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix all the ingredients of Chocolate icing and heat it till its thick. </li>
<li>Now dip the doughnuts in chocolate sauce and put some sprinkles on them. </li>

<li>12 tbsp. caster sugar </li>
<li>2 tsp. baking powder </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. baking soda </li>
<li>1 tsp. cardamom powder </li>
<li>3 cups flour </li>
<li>1 egg yolk </li>
<li>2 tbsp. chopped almonds </li>
<li>2 tbsp. chopped pistachios </li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Nan Khatai</h2>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven at 180 c. </li>
<li>Sieve 3 cups flour and 1/2 tsp. soda and 2 tsp. baking powder. Set it aside. </li>
<li>In a separate bowl beat&#160; ghee and&#160; sugar till light and creamy and add 1 tsp. cardamom powder. Mix well. </li>
<li>Now fold in flour and&#160; knead well with your hands and you can also knead it with the help of kneading machine. The dough should be soft. </li>
<li>Form dough into small rounds, arrange on a greased baking tray, and&#160; make a little dent in center with your thumb. Apply beaten egg yolk in that dent. Put chopped almonds and pistachios in center. </li>
<li>Bake in a moderate oven 150 degree C or No. 3 for15- 20 minutes. </li>

<li>6 eggs</li>
<li>150 grams cooking chocolate</li>
<li>15 grams baking powder</li>
<li>50 grams cocoa powder</li>
<li>125 grams plain flour</li>
<li>150 grams sugar</li>
<li>Few drops of vanilla essence</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method Of Chocolate Muffins</h2>
<ul>
<li>Beat 6 eggs in a bowl till they are creamy. Then add 150 grams sugar and 20 grams baking powder and beat enough to dissolve the sugar. </li>
<li>Then add 125 grams sieved plain flour gradually and keep stirring. Also add 50 grams cocoa powder and mix. </li>
<li>When cocoa powder is well combined, add vanilla essence and mix. Pour the mixture in a mould and bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 15 minutes.</li>
<li> When sponge is ready, let it cool at room temperature.</li>
<li>For topping, melt a block of 150 grams cooking chocolate. Top baked muffins with melted chocolate and also insert some chocolate inside muffins with a syringe. </li>

<li>Using a wooden spoon or electric cream butter and icing sugar until it is pale and fluffy.</li>
<li>Add in flour and corn flour and mix with a wooden spoon until mixture is combined.</li>
<li>Now mix vanilla essence in with the biscuits dough.</li>
<li>Pipe the biscuits on the tray they will be baked on and make sure they are spaced sufficiently apart because they do expand.</li>
<li>Bake the biscuits at 170°c for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden brown. Then place them onto a wire rack to cool to room temperature.</li>
<li>Melt the chocolate and dip one third of the cooled biscuit into it to coat.</li>

<li>125 gm. butter, melted</li>

<p><strong>For Filling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 medium eggplant</li>
<li>60 gm. butter</li>
<li>2 medium onions, finely chopped</li>
<li>1 clove garlic, crushed</li>
<li>2 tsp. tomato paste</li>
<li>1 beaten egg</li>
<li>2 tbsp. sesame seeds</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Eggplant Piroshki</strong></p>
<p><strong>To Make Pastry</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Beat the yeast and sugar together in a medium bowl, and then stir in the milk. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the yeast mixture and the melted butter into the center of the flour.</li>
<li>Stir from the center until the batter is smooth. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, covered with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes, or until the mixture has doubled in size.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>To Make Filling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Slice the eggplant thinly, score the surface with a fork, and then sprinkle liberally with salt.</li>
<li>Line the inside of a colander with a slices and set a side for 30 minutes to allow excess liquids to drain.</li>
<li>Rinse the eggplants well under running water, to remove the salt; pat dry with paper towel, and then chop finely.</li>
<li>Heat a butter in a pan and cook the onion and garlic over medium heat until soft. Add the eggplant and the tomato paste; season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until the eggplant has softened and is cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven to moderate 180c. Brush a baking tray with oil or melted butter. Knead the dough lightly and then divide the dough into 40 portions. Working with one at a time, flatten each portion into a small disc and place a teaspoon full of the eggplant mixture in a center. Wrap the discs to enclose the filling and press the edges firmly together to seal.</li>
<li>Place assembled pastries, sealed side down, on the tray. Set aside in warm place for 20 minutes. Brush the piroshki with beaten egg and lightly sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.</li>
<li>Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> You can also change the filling according to your taste. I love them with chicken filling and you can also use some leftover vegetables or anything you like.</p>
