<ul>
<li>4 salmon fillets</li>
<li>2 tbsp. oil</li>
<li>1 piece ginger, grated</li>
<li>1 red chili, sliced</li>
<li>1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced</li>
<li>1 1/2 tbsp. soya sauce</li>
<li>1/4 tsp. sugar</li>
<li>20 gm. coriander leaves, chopped</li>
</ul>
<h3><font style="font-weight: bold">Method Of Grilled Thai Salmon</font></h3>
<ul>
<li>Heat the grill to high. Place the fish in shallow baking dish, then grill for 4-5 minutes until cooked through, but still a little pink in a center. Cover and set aside.</li>
<li>Heat a wok, add the oil then stir fry the ginger, chili and spring onions for 2-3 minutes.</li>
<li>Stir in soy sauce, sugar and splash of water, then take off the heat.</li>
<li>Add the coriander and serve immediately with salmon.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Ginger Chicken</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 kg chicken with bones</li>
<li>6-8 tomatoes, chopped</li>
<li>1/3 cup ginger, julienne cut</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1/2 tsp red chili powder</li>
<li>1/2 tsp red chili flakes</li>
<li>1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds</li>
<li>3 green chilies, chopped</li>
<li>1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves (sookhey methi)</li>
<li>4tbsp oil</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Ginger Chicken</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil in a pan and add ginger in it. Sauté it and then add chicken. Fry the chicken on high flame till it changes it color and its water dries up. Now dish out this chicken.</li>
<li>Now put tomatoes in the same pan. Add salt, red chili powder and chili flakes. Cover it and cook it till the tomatoes are soft.</li>
<li>Now add fried chicken in it. Mix it well. Cook it covered and stir occasionally for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Now add little water in it for gravy.Add green chili and&#160; 3tbsp of ginger, cumin seeds and 1tsp of fenugreek leaves. Mix it well.</li>
<li>Now put it on low flame and cook till chicken is tender and done.</li>
<li>Garnish it with ginger and coriander leaves and serve it with naan or chapati.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gm chicken boneless</li>
<li>150 gm yogurt</li>
<li>2 tbsp ginger garlic paste</li>
<li>1 onion chopped</li>
<li>4 green chilies chopped</li>
<li>1 medium size ginger cut in julienne</li>
<li>1/2 tsp garam masala</li>
<li>Fresh coriander chopped as required</li>
<li>1 tsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>3 tbsp oil</li>
<li>Red chili to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat the oil in pan and fry the garlic and ginger paste. Add chicken and cook till it changes it color to brown, now take out chicken from this pan.</li>
<li>In the same pan add onion and fry it, when it change the color add salt, turmeric, garam masala, green chilies and red chili. Now cook this for 6-8 minutes and then add beaten yoghurt in it.</li>
<li>Add fried chicken and some water and cook it on low heat till the chicken become tender and the gravy leaves the oil. Add ginger and coriander at the end.</li>
<li>Serve with naan or chappati.</li>
