			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I was thinking of baking this pound cake for many days but I always ended up in baking chocolate cake as I am so chocolate addict. Me and my kids love everything made with chocolate, whether its ice cream, milk shake or any dessert but I wanted to try something different this time. </p>
<p>With the kids approval, I finally baked this Pound cake yesterday and both me and my kids fell in love with it with first bite. And quite surprisingly my husband was also not ashamed to throw some words of appraisal after eating the cake. </p>
<p>Its so tasty and soft that it just melts in your mouth. The recipe is so easy that even a kid can bake it in adult supervision. So guys I want you to try it and share your comments here. Don’t miss this mouth melting treat.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Pound Cake</strong></p>

<li>3 large eggs, at room temperature </li>
<li>1 1/2 cup sifted flour </li>
<li>1 tsp. baking powder </li>
<li>3/4 cup sugar, grinded </li>
<li>1 tsp. vanilla essence </li>
<li>3 tbsp. milk, at room temperature </li>
<li>13 tbsp. butter, at room temperature </li>
<li>1/4 tsp. salt </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Pound Cake</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. </li>
<li>In a bowl mix dry ingredients i.e flour, baking powder, sugar,and salt. </li>
<li>In other bowl lightly beat 3 eggs with vanilla essence and milk. </li>
<li>Now add butter in dry ingredients and mix it with wooden spoon. </li>
<li>Now gradually add egg mixture and beat on medium speed. </li>
<li>Grease loaf pan and pour this batter in it. Bake for 55 minutes. Enjoy it with your love ones. </li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Umm-e Ali</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups whole milk</li>
<li>2 cups cream</li>
<li>250 gm. puff pastry</li>
<li>1 cup mixed dry fruits</li>
<li>1 tsp. vanilla essence</li>
<li>1 cup sugar</li>
<li>Raisins and almonds for garnishing</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cooking Method Of Umm-e-Ali</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven at 180 degrees.</li>
<li>Grease baking tray properly and spread puff pastry on it. Bake for 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and puffed. Set it aside.</li>
<li>Take a pan and heat milk, cream and sugar and vanilla essence. Cook till bubbles are formed in this mixture. Set it aside.</li>
<li>Now increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. Grease baking dish and put baked puff pastry in it. Now put dry fruits and pour milk mixture over it. Put some raisins and almonds on top.</li>
<li>Bake for 15 minutes or until its golden from top.</li>
<li>You can serve it with whipped cream or with some ice cream.</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Outrageous Brownies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. </li>
<li>Butter and flour a 12 x 18 x 1-inch baking sheet. </li>
<li>Melt together the butter, 1 pound of chocolate chips, and the unsweetened chocolate in a medium bowl over simmering water. Allow to cool slightly. </li>
<li>In a large bowl, stir (do not beat) together the eggs, coffee granules, vanilla, and sugar. Stir the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and allow to cool to room temperature. </li>
<li>In a medium bowl, sift together 1 cup of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Toss the walnuts and 12 ounces of chocolate chips in a medium bowl with 1/4 cup of flour, then add them to the chocolate batter. Pour into the baking sheet. </li>
<li>Bake for 20 minutes, then rap the baking sheet against the oven shelf to force the air to escape from between the pan and the brownie dough. Bake for about 15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake! Allow to cool thoroughly, refrigerate, and cut into 20 large squares. </li>

<p><strong>Method Of Gajar Ka Halwa</strong></p>

<li>Take a microwave proof mixing bowl and put 1 cup milk and 4 tbsp. of sugar and mix it well. </li>
<li>Now add 500 grams shredded carrot, 1/2 tsp. of cardamom powder and 6 tbsp. clarified butter and mix it well. </li>
<li>Then put bowl in Microwave and bake it on 100% for 10 minutes.</li>
<li> Now take out bowl and stir and put it back for 5 minutes. In the end kewra and mix. Dish it out and garnish it with khoya and nuts.</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Multani Sohan Halwa</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a deep pan boil milk and add white flour, Sprouted Wheat flour and then lemon salt. Stir lightly. let it boil for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Now Paneer will separate and cook on low heat, constantly. </li>
<li>When paneer mixture is reduced to half, gradually put sugar, keep stirring slowly, otherwise lumps may form.&#160; Now a smooth mixture will be formed. </li>
<li>When it is thick, add ghee &amp; cook. After 20-25 minutes, it will not stick to the pan &amp; it will leave the sides and ghee.&#160; </li>
<li>Mix almond and walnut &amp; take out &amp; spread it in a dish evenly &amp; cut into the desired shapes like diamond or square pieces. </li>
<li>Garnish with pistachios &amp; almonds.</li>
</ul>

<li>300 gm. loki (bottle gourd), peeled and grated</li>
<li>250 gm. khoya</li>
<li>Sugar to taste</li>
<li>50 gm. almonds</li>
<li>50 gm. pistachios</li>
<li>1/2 cup ghee</li>
<li>Water as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Loki Ka Halwa</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take a pan put grated bottle gourds with little water and boil it. </li>
<li>Now take another pan and heat ghee in it. </li>
<li>After that put boiled bottle gourd, sugar and cook well. </li>
<li>After that add khoya in it and cook for 3 minutes. </li>
<li>In the end put almonds and pistachio and cook it for 5 minutes and serve it.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Walnut Halwa</strong></p>

<li>1 cup walnuts</li>
<li>1 cup khoya</li>
<li>1 cup sugar</li>
<li>2 cup dry milk</li>
<li>1 liter fresh milk</li>
<li>8 green cardamoms</li>
<li>3 tbsp. clarified butter or ghee</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Walnut Halwa</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>First of all take 1 tbsp. sugar and&#160; cardamom and grind it. </li>
<li>Now take a cooking bowl and add milk and sugar in it. Cook it until it become thick. When milk get thick then slow the flame. </li>
<li>Now take another cooking bowl put butter in it and heat up, now put cardamom. </li>
<li>After that add Khoya, walnut, milk powder, cook it well. </li>
<li>When it cook well then add already cooked milk and leave it over a slow flame. </li>
<li>When milk gets evaporate then cook it over high flame. Your Sweet is ready. Garnish it with chopped almonds and khoya.</li>

<li>2 1/4 tsp. yeast</li>
<li>2 1/2 cup all purpose flour</li>
<li>1/8 cup warm water</li>
<li>1/4 cup sugar (grinded)</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li> 3/4 cup lukewarm milk</li>
<li>1/6 cup oil</li>
<li>1 pinch salt</li>
<li>Oil for frying</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Method Of Donuts</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>In a mixing bowl mix the yeast and water until it dissolves.</li>
<li>Add to the bowl, sugar, salt, egg, oil, 1 cup of the flour and mix it. Stir in remaining flour and mix it until it forms a smooth dough. Cover it with butter paper and leave for an hour or until the dough doubles in size.</li>
<li>When it doubles turn it into floured surface, roll dough to half inch thickness and cut into donut shapes with cutter or with the help of some cup and you can make hole in it with ketchup’s bottle lid.</li>
<li>Put donuts on floured tray and leave them for half an hour.</li>
<li>Heat oil at 350 degrees and deep fry donuts for 1 minute on each side till they are golden brown.</li>
<li>You can put melted chocolate or whatever frosting you like on them but first let them cool down.</li>

<li> Place the biscuits on lightly greased tray, bake on 150 degree for 12 minutes, remove from oven, spread with icing sugar on each biscuit, sprinkle with 4 tbsp. toasted almond.</li>
