19 B soup is very famous and tasty soup. We will use cooked chicken and prawns in it. You can skip prawns if you want to. This soup is a real teat for all soup lovers.
Ingredients Of 19 B Soup
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup cooked prawns or shrimps
- 4 chopped black mushrooms
- 1.2 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce or oyster sauce
- 1 cup green part of green onions, chopped
- 8 cups stock
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. chili sauce
- Corn flour dissolved in water as required
Method Of 19 B Soup
- Boil and shred the chicken or sauté chicken boneless chunks and shrimps
- Keep the mushrooms in water for a while and then chop them once they are soft
- In stock add all the ingredients except eggs and corn flour
- Also, add the water in which mushrooms were soaked
- When the soup begins to boil wait for 2 to 3 minutes, add beaten eggs and whisk in
- Now mix corn flour in water making sure there are no lumps, add it in the soup and stir constantly. Cook till you get your desired consistency.
- Serve hot with fish crackers.
