Ingredients Of 90 Second Keto Bread

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Method 

  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin. Add the almond flour, egg, and baking powder to the butter. Beat with a fork until completely mix.
  • Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm. Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Slice in half, then toast in the toaster or in a skillet.
  • This bread tastes better after toasting. So toast it in butter and make it crispy.
  • I also use as my bun and make chicken fillet burgers with it by adding lettuce and tomato piece inside it. Cut it in half and use it as a mini burger bun.

  2. So, does 1 tbs of coconut flour replace the 3 tbs of almond flour or can you only replace one of the 3 almond flour? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but not much of a cook. Thank you!
