Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla flavored yogurt (frozen)
- 1/4 cup apple juice chilled
- 1 cup apple peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Method
- Combine the frozen yoghurt, apple sauce and apple juice in a blender.
- Add the apple, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Blend it until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
