Arabic Dessert Recipe

Today I am posting a recipe of  Nadia Sohail. Its her personal recipe and you don’t find it anywhere on internet. Its an Arabic dessert and you can call it whatever you like.

Ingredients Of Arabic Dessert

  • 14-15 digestive biscuits
  • 50 gm melted butter
  • 2 cups dry milk powder
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 pack cream
  • 2 tbsp. nutella
  • 1 tbsp. coco powder
  • Chocolate for garnishing

Method Of Arabic Dessert

  • Crush the biscuits with the help of rolling pin or in food processor. Add melted butter in it and make its layer in serving dish. Put this dish in freezer for ten minutes.
  • Take a pan add dry milk powder, water, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla essence in it. Put on low flame and cook till it becomes thick like custard. Stir continually with whisk or the lumps will form.

  • Let it cool a little bit and then pour it over biscuits layer.
  • Beat cream with nutella and coco powder till its fluffy and form peaks. Now pour this cream mixture over custard mixture. Garnish it with chocolate and make it chill in refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

  • serve chilled.

  2. I like your recipes alot and thinking to try this out but just confuse as u said cook dry milk pwd water and egg?? Wont it break into pieces beciz of egg..like a crumbled thing…just wondering

      1. I need weights too so what is the conversion you use on google? Depends on the country where the recipe came from as if it is USA, New Zealand or UK all cups are different.

  3. Hi, Neel I will be trying ur recepie for the first time, I wanted to know which chocolate u use for garnishing can I use a dairy milk Cadbury and grate it or is their a special chocolate.. Thanks.
