- 15 baby new potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs caviar
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
- Prick the potatoes with a fork and then place them on over tray, bake for 30 minutes, or until tender. Cool to room temperature.
- Cut a large cross in the top of each potato, squeeze open, and top with a small dollop of sour cream and a little caviar.
- You can serve these potatoes with your steaks.
Tip: Choose very small, uniform potatoes so that they are easy to eat and take the same time to cook.
