Ingredients

  • 15 baby new potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbs caviar

Method

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

  • Cut a large cross in the top of each potato, squeeze open, and top with a small dollop of sour cream and a little caviar.
