These burgers are really tasty and quick to make. Try it and in no time you will have wonderful burgers to eat. I tried them and everyone loved it.Beef should be added in kids daily diet as it gives energy and iron boost. Beef is the main source of protein, iron and zinc. I used bread crumbs made with fresh bread in a chopper.

Ingredients Of Beef Burger
- 1/2 kg beef mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1tsp red chilies
- 3-4 green chilies chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. soya sauce
- Burger buns
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Cheese slices
- Mustard paste as needed
- Tomatoes and onion round slices as needed
- lettuce as needed
Method Of Beef Burgers
- To a beef mince, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilies, crushed green chilies, soya sauce, egg and bread crumbs. Mix it well and leave it for 2 hours in a fridge.
- Make patties for beef burgers with beef mince. Heat 2-3 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan. Add the patties. Fry on 1 side for approximately 4-5 minutes (depends on the thickness of the patties).
- When the patties are cooked, Put the cheese slices on the patties, cover for a minutes, for the cheese to melt slightly.
- You can toast the buns if you want. Apply a tbsp. of the mayonnaise on each side of bun then put lettuce, patties, sliced onions and tomatoes rings and spread mustard sauce. Serve with fries
