Ingredients
- 300 gm beef undercut
- 6 button mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp grounded red chili
- 3 tbsp flour (dry cooked)
- Half onion chopped
- 1 tbsp cream
- 2 green onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- Oil as required
Method
- Cut undercut in thin slices. Apply salt, pepper, 2tbsp oil and garlic ginger paste on them and leave it for half an hour.
- After half an hour fry the slices with little oil.
- In other pan heat 2tbsp oil and fry the onion, when onion turns light brown then add 2 cups water, Worcester sauce, red chili, green onion, salt and black pepper.
- Slice the mushrooms and add them in gravy. When it starts boiling, dissolve flour in water and add it in gravy. Cook till it thickens.
- When it thickens add cream and beef slices.
- Serve warm with rice.
Tip: You can also take corn flour instead of flour. You can also make a beef steaks with this method.
